PURPOSE: A flexible circuit board is provided to offer excellent transparency, flexibility, lightweight properties, and heat-resisting properties. CONSTITUTION: A flexible circuit board (10) comprises a matrix (1) and a reinforcing material (2) impregnated in the matrix. The matrix includes the copolymer of polyorganosiloxane resins and polysilsesquioxane. Weight change ratios, which are displayed as a first formula in a thermogravimetric analysis, of the flexible circuit board is under one percentage in 300°C. The polysilsesquioxane and the polyorganosiloxane are polymerized according to the weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20.

PURPOSE: A flexible substrate is provided to reduce cyclization deformation and pyrolysis under a high temperature environment and increase transparency, flexibility, lightness and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate (10) comprises a matrix (1) and reinforcing material (2) which is included in the matrix. When the flexible substrate measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), a weight change rate represented by an equation 1 is less than 1% at a temperature of 300°C. The weight change rate is 0.2-1%. The matrix comprises polyorganosiloxane resin replaced by halogen. The display device comprises the flexible substrate.

PURPOSE: A glass cloth is provided to improve anisotroty, waviness, and surface roughness of XY direction. CONSTITUTION: A glass cloth comprises a glass yarn and is 90% or more of opening rate, 0.5-200 micrometers of surface roughness, 50-400 sinle yarn of the glass yarn, less than 0.5 time per inch of twistness, thickness of 10-1000 micrometers of the glass cloth, and refractive rate of 1.40-1.65 of the glass cloth.

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve a light transmittance rate by reducing thickness. CONSTITUTION: A substrate excluding a buffer layer is prepared. A barrier layer is formed on the substrate. The barrier layer is formed in a thin film transistor device. The thin film transistor device is an indium-gallium-zinc-oxide compound device. The barrier layer includes an inorganic metal. The thickness of the barrier layer is 90-110 nm.

The present invention relates to a fiber laminate, a widow sheet and a flexible display device including the same. The fiber laminate includes: a plurality of single yarns; a first fiber substrate including a plurality of second single yarns crossed by the first single yarns and a first air gap formed by crossed the first single yarns and the second single yarns; and a second fiber substrate including a plurality of third single yarns, a plurality of fourth single yarns crossed by the third single yearns, and a second air gap. The first fiber substrate is arranged on the second fiber substrate to prevent the first air gap from being overlapped by the second air gap. A final air gap of the fiber laminate that penetrates the first air gap and the second air gap has an average area of 0.1 mm^2 or less.

PURPOSE: A display window and a display device using the same are provided to use the display window as cover glass for the display device, and to offer excellent scratch resistance, hardness, and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A display window (100) includes a glass sheet (10), and a fiber-reinforced film (20) laminated on at least one side of the glass sheet. The fiber-reinforced film includes a matrix resin, and a reinforcing material dipped in the matrix resin. The relative thickness value obtained by dividing the thickness of the fiber-reinforced film with the thickness of the glass sheet is 0.001-100. The glass sheet and the fiber-reinforced film are attached to each other using an adhesive or an optical transparent adhesive film with the thickness of 2-200 um. A display device includes a display element, and the display window attached to the upper side of the display element.

PURPOSE: A display window is provided to replace the expensive glass used as the existing window material due to the excellent scratch resistance and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A display window (100) comprises a matrix resin (2) and a stiffening member impregnated in the matrix resin. The elastic modulus measured by applying MTS alliance RT/5 test frame equipped with 100N load cell is 5x105-5x1010 dyne/cm2 and the pencil hardness is 1B-7H. A hard coating layer of 0.1-5 micron thickness is formed in at least one side of the display window. A display unit comprises a display device and the above display window mounted on the upper part of the display device.
