Abstract:
본발명은배추뿌리혹병저항성품종을특이적으로판별하기위한프라이머세트및 이의용도에관한것으로, 본발명을통해배추뿌리혹병저항성품종에대해특이적판별이쉽고빠르게수행될수 있으므로, 배추의뿌리관련내병성품종육성시 효율적으로품종이나계통들의뿌리관련특성과병 저항성을평가함으로써배추의뿌리관련내병성품종육종에유용하게이용될수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a primer set comprising at least one pair of primers selected from the group consisting a pair of primers of sequence number 1 and 2 and a pair of primers of sequence number 3 and 4 for detecting fusarium wilt resistance of radish and a method for selecting the fusarium wilt resistance of the radish. The primer set for detecting the fusarium wilt resistance of the radish according to the present invention indicates the difference of base sequences between the resistance and the susceptibility against the fusarium wilt, thereby being expected to be useful for isolating the variety of the radish resistant to the fusarium wilt and developing new varieties as well as stably detecting, selecting, and growing the variety of the radish resistant to the fusarium wilt unaffected by external selection conditions. Also, the primer set helps in preventing the yield loss and decrease of merchantable quality of the radish caused by the radish fusarium wilt, thereby being expected to be useful for increasing farm household income.

PURPOSE: A genetic map of Brassica rapa provided to improve the quality of Brassica rapa and to identify an useful gene which is used in protecting crops from diseases. CONSTITUTION: A kit for identifying SSR marker for constructing a genetic map of Brassica rapa contains a primer pair and reagent for PCR. The reagent contains thermoresistant DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and buffer. A method for identifying the SSR marker for constructing the genetic map for Brassica rapa comprises: a step of isolating genomic DNA from Brassica rapa; a step of amplifying a target sequence by PCR; and a step of detecting the PCR product. A method for selecting SSR primer set for constructing the genetic map comprises: a step of selecting BAC clone from base sequence of BAC clone; and a step of designing SSR primer set for 1-3 genetic maps per BAC clone from flaking base sequence of SSR motif.
