PURPOSE: A method for differentiation of stem cells into vascular cells by culturing in a three-dimensional cell cluster is provided to form hypoxic state and to efficiently induce the differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for cell therapy for treating vascular diseases or wound contains a cell cluster containing vascular cells differentiated from the stem cell and culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient. The vascular diseases are cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, or ischemic diseases. The stem cells are adipose stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, bone marrow stem cells, umbilical stem cells, nervous stem cells, or pluripotent stem cells. A three-dimensional cell cluster is formed in a hypoxia condition therein.

PURPOSE: A nanofiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a uniform shaped nanofiber by close packing nano particles of metal, metal oxide or metal mixed oxide. CONSTITUTION: The nanofiber is formed from close packed nano particles selected among 'the metal, the metal oxide, the metal mixed oxide and their mixture group'. A micro pore of an average pore diameter of 0.1-20nm is included between the nano particles. The porosity per unit volume is 0.01-10%. The manufacturing method of the nanofiber includes following steps.(i) A spinning solution is prepared by dissolving a precursor to form the metal more than one kind, the metal oxide or the metal mixed oxide and a mixture having two kinds of polymers with different molecular weight and glass transition temperature.(ii) The spinning solution is radiated and a precursor/polymer composite fiber is formed.(iii) The precursor/polymer composite fiber is heat-treated.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for status synchronization are provided to transfer a currently performed task in a previous operating system to the next operating system. CONSTITUTION: A second operation module(31) is operated by being converted with a first operating module(32). When a process of the first operating module is finished, a first synchronization module(41) stores the status information of the first operating system. When a second operating module is started, a second synchronization module(42) controls the second operating system by the state information.
