Abstract:
본 발명은 암세포 조직에서 특이적으로 발현되는 N-아세틸글루코사민 전이효소Ⅲ(N-acetylglucosaminyl transferase Ⅲ)에 대한 단일클론 항체, 이를 생산하는 융합세포주 및 그들의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 간질환 환자의 간세포 및 암세포에서 그 활성이 증가하는 인간 N-아세틸글루코사민 전이효소Ⅲ를 특이적으로 인식하는 단일클론 항체에 대한 것으로서, 상기의 단일클론 항체는 혈액이나 조직내의 N-아세틸글루코사민 전이효소Ⅲ 항원을 검색하여 암세포 및 간질환을 진단하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 돼지 전염성 위장염 바이러스의 침단백질에 대한 생쥐 단일클론항체와 이를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주 및 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 돼지에서 유행성 설사질환을 유발하는 돼지 전염성 위장염 바이러스의 침단백질을 특이적으로 인식하는 단일클론항체에 대한 것으로서 본 발명의 단일클론항체는 제조하기 간편하고 대량생산이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 돼지의 분비물에서 돼지 전염성 위장염 바이러스를 조기 진단할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Automatic system of urine test and decipherment is applied as follows; (a) After comparing the measuring value of reflection light with the standard value to save that comparative value in RAM(17), and analyze qualitatively and quantitatively the comparative value saved in RAM(17) according to the program saved in ROM(16) to output the value to a printer(13). (b) Micro-controller(10) discriminates whether measuring result by each item is positive or negative, and if the result is positive, radiate a luminous diode(12) with red, when negative, radiate it with green. (c) In case the output of urine measuring result is finished, discriminate whether the result is the last measuring item or not, and if the result is the last item, finish urine decipherment process.

Dry testing paper for simultaneous detection of various narcotics by using the immunity analysis method and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the dry testing paper for simultaneous detection of various narcotics by using the immunity analysis method includes a first membrane which is temporarily fixed with one or more kinds of colored corpuscle-antibiotic of narcotics, and a second membrane which is connected to the first membrane in a longitudinal direction and permanently fixed with one or more narcotics-protein conjugates, wherein the corpuscles of the colored corpuscle-antibiotic of narcotics have different colors per the antibiotic of narcotics so that one or more narcotics may be discriminated at once with naked eyes and the testing paper is convenient for carrying out.
Abstract:
The method produce a drug detecting paper that is mostly composed of tetra-Bromophenolphthalein-ester (TBPE) and methylene chloride. The drug detecting paper deliberately and accurately detects methamphetamine, methoxyphenamine, DL-methylephedrine, amphetamine, ephedrine, and norephedrine which are contained in urine. Generally, the production method of drug detecting paper is divided into two catagories: a dry method and a wet method. This method follows the dry production method of drug detecting papers. The dry method comprises the steps of: dipping a filter paper in methylene chloride solution in which tetra-Bromophenophthlein-ethyl-ester is solved; drying the filter paper; dipping the filter paper in 10% borax solution; and drying the paper.
