    Abstract: PURPOSE: A multiple detection strip simultaneously detects hephatic 1disease related markers in the blood or urine sample of patient. Color change is easily detected by bare eyes or automated analyzer can be used to quantify the concentration of markers to diagnose disease. CONSTITUTION: GPT detection strip is prepared from drying of membrane treated with Tris bufferd solution containing pyruvate oxidase, peroxidase, magnesium chloride, thiamine, pyrophosphate chloride, phosphate salt, alanine, alpha-keto-glutaric acid and 3,3',5,5'-tetramethy benzydine. GOT detection stripe is prepared from drying of membrane treated with Tris buffered solution containing oxalacetic acid carboxylase, pyruvate oxidase, peroxidase, magnesium chloride, thiamine, pyrophosphate chloride, phosphate salt, L-aspartate, alpha-keto-glutaric acid and tetramethy benzydine. Albumin detection strip is prepared from drying of membrane treated with solution containing citric acid, bromocresol green, ethyl orange, Brij 35 and Tween 20. Total protein detection strip is prepared from drying of membrane treated firstly with distilled water containing copper sulfate, treated secondly with NaOH then, thirdly treated with tartrate, KI and polyethylene glytol. Bilirubin detection strip is prepared from drying of membrane treated with ethanol containing phenylsulfoxide and dichlorobenzene diazonium naphthalein sulfonate and then treated with distilled water containing naphthalein sulfonate sodium salt, oxalic acid and lauryl sulfate salt. Urobilinogen detection strip is prepared from drying of membrane treated with methanol containing phosphoric acid, citric acid, 4-methoxy benzene diazonium tetrafluroborate.

    Abstract: The simple test paper is manufactured by combining an antibody to a fine grain and handling it against a membrane. Especially, the membrane is two, and the antibody and hCG showing a singularity toward Ù-subunit molecule is mixed with a colored fine grain to produce a solid type antibody or antigen. The test paper consists of a membrane manufactured by temporary imbedding the colored solid type antibody and antigen to the membrane pretreated with a buffer solution, a membrane manufactured by permanent imbedding monoclonal antibody showing a singularity with respect to hCG or polyclonal antibody showing a singularity with respect to Ù-subunit molecule to the membrane pretreated with the buffer solution. The temporary imbedded membrane of the solid type antibody inclines at an angle of 5 deg. against a sample absorption pad assembled by contacting at the its lower portion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody to a saliva protein of porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus, a hybridoma cell line producing the same, and a production method thereof are provided, thereby diagnosing the porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus from the feces of pigs at an early stage. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody to a saliva protein of porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus is produced from a hybridoma cell line(KCTC 0391BP), wherein the monoclonal antibody is subunit type IgG1. A composition for diagnosis of porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus contains the monoclonal antibody to a saliva protein of porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus as an effective component. A method for producing the monoclonal antibody to a saliva protein of porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus comprises the steps of: culturing porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus and separating porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus from the cultured medium; immunizing a rat with the separated porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus to produce a hybridoma cell line; and producing the monoclonal antibody from the hybridoma cell line.
