Abstract:
An interrupt processing method performing the interrupt waiting instruction for an interrupt based processor is provided to reduce overall power consumption for the interrupt latency by being operated in two kinds of action mode of general mode and low power mode. A processor determines whether command is the interrupt standby command or not in an ID(instruction decoding) step(S101). If the command accords with the interrupt standby command, a processor converts a general mode into a low power mode(S102). The processor waits in the low power mode(S104). If the command does not accord with the interrupt standby command, a processor processes the general command in a general mode(S103). A processor determines whether or not the interrupt is generated while waiting in the low power mode(S105). In the interrupt is generated, a processor converts a low power mode into a general mode(S106) and processes the general instruction processing the interrupt service routine in the general mode.

경동맥의 영상화를 위한 혈관 내 2세대 광 가간섭 단층촬영 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 대상체에 대한 광 가간섭 단층 촬영 신호를 검출하는 광 가간섭 단층 촬영 장치에서의 광 가간섭 단층 촬영 방법은, 파장변환 레이저(wavelength swept laser)를 이용하여 상기 대상체의 혈관 내벽을 관측하기 위한 프로브로 광 신호를 방사하는 단계; 및 상기 광 신호에 대한 간섭계를 이용하여 기준이 되는 반사 빛과 상기 혈관 내벽에서 반사되는 빛 간의 간섭 신호를 검출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 대상체의 혈관 내부에서 상기 광 신호의 투과율을 높이기 위한 혈액 대체액으로 조영제(contrast agent)가 사용됨에 따라 상기 대상체에 대한 혈관 조영술, 및 상기 혈관 내벽에 대한 영상화가 동시에 실시될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A coherence management method, coherence management circuit, cache device, and semiconductor device are provided to increase response speed by supplying data which is requested based on internal stored data. CONSTITUTION: An internal storage space(1150) stores data stored in a cache line. An arbiter(1110) receives a request signal of a core. A coherence management unit(1130) confirms a first cache line storing requested data corresponding to the request signals. The coherence management unit supplies request data to the arbiter according to a confirming result.

Disclosed are a process for preparing single wall carbon nanotubes with surfactant-coated surface which comprises coating a surface of the carbon nanotubes with a surfactant by adding water to a mixture of the carbon nanotubes and the surfactant, ultrasonically treating the mixture, treating the ultrasonically treated mixture with a initiator, and applying a surfactant to the surface of the resultant carbon nanotubes and, in addition, the carbon nanotubes with surfactant-coated surface prepared by the above process. The formed carbon nanotubes of the present invention can maintain a stable dispersion condition regardless of change of an external environment and be stably dispersed in water even when putting the carbon nanotubes into the water after completely drying the same, so that the carbon nanotubes can be widely used in developing and manufacturing various products.

An automatic converting apparatus of the logic circuit file for changing the spread sheet file which describes the logic circuit to the hardware description language file and a method thereof are provided to describe easily the signal of the bus form and enhance the readability as to the logic circuit technology. An automatic converting apparatus of the logic circuit file includes the steps of: producing the spread sheet file including one or more input signal and output signal of the logic, and one or more input value and output value corresponding to input signal and output signal(S110); parsing the spread sheet file generated in order to get the information about the input signal and output signal(S120); producing the hardware description language file based on the information obtained with parsing (S130); producing the spread sheet file. A step for producing the spread sheet file comprises the steps of: recording the input signal and the output signal in each column of one row which is the input variable and the output variable of the hardware description language file; recording successively input values of the input signal in the column which records the input signal; recording successively output values of the output signal in order to be corresponded to each input values in the column which records the output signal.

Disclosed are an intravascular second generation optical coherence tomography method and apparatus for imaging a carotid artery. An optical coherence tomography method in an optical coherence tomography apparatus detecting optical coherence tomography signals on a target body comprises steps of: emitting optical signals to a probe for observing the inner wall of blood vessels of a target body by using a wavelength swept laser; and detecting interference signals between reflected lights, which become a reference, and lights reflected from the inner wall of the blood vessels using an interferometer for the optical signals. At this time, the present invention can realize concurrently the angiography for the target body and the imaging for the inner wall of the blood vessels by using a contrast agent as a blood substitute liquid to enhance transmission rate of optical signals within the blood vessels of the target body. The present invention can implement a beamforming device combing digital and analog methods by including a plurality of phase controllers corresponding to each of the plurality of D/A converters or A/D converters instead of having a plurality of D/A converters or A/D converters less than the number of antennae. 분산소형 기지국 활용하는 이동 통신 시스템의 무선 백홀 자원 관리 방법 및 이를 이용한 이동 통신 시스템을 공개한다. 본 발명의 이동 통신 시스템의 적어도 하나의 매크로 기지국이 복수개의 분산 소형 기지국으로부터 기설정된 주기동안 수집된 자원 할당을 위한 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 정보에 기초하여 안테나 그룹핑 및 빔 파워 할당을 통해 복수개의 분산 소형 기지국 각각에 서로 다르게 무선 백홀 자원 용량을 할당한다. 따라서 복수개의 분산 소형 기지국 각각은 필요로 하는 용량의 자원을 할당 받을 수 있다. 또한 분산 소형 기지국은 정보 수집 주기 중일지라도, 갑작스런 트래픽의 증가 시에는 매크로 기지국으로 무선 백홀 자원의 추가를 요청하여 추가 자원을 할당받을 수 있다. 그러므로 매크로 기지국과 분산 소형 기지국 사이에 제한된 무선 백홀 자원을 매우 효율적으로 이용하여 양질의 이동 통신 서비스를 이동 통신 단말로 제공할 수 있다.
