The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of seasoned dried food using fish eggs which includes the steps of: (S1) pre-treating fish eggs; (S2) seasoning the pretreated fish eggs; and (S3) drying the seasoned fish eggs. It is difficult to process the fish eggs into processed food. However, by using the manufacturing method of the present invention, the processed fish eggs can be provided.

CONSTITUTION: The blue crab flesh separating device comprises a suction separator(10) separating internal organ and gonad of the blue crab from the blue crab body, a crusher(20) equipped with a pair of a crushing roller, which is formed as a encapsulated type drum shape, a flesh separator(30) equipped with a pair of a pressure roller, which forms a pore in a penetration hole respectively. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional composition containing Akiami paste shrimp extract for anti-obesity comprises: a step of adding 0.1%(v/v) of protease to Akiami paste shrimp and hydrolyzing at 55°C for 2 hours; a step of heating the mixture at 100°C for 10 minutes and inactivating the protease; and a step of cooling the mixture and centrifuging to isolate supernatant. A functional composition for anti-obesity contains the extract.

CONSTITUTION: The Capsosiphon is blanched with cleaning sea water and a saline solution. The blanched capsosiphon is dehydrated and dried. The dried capsosiphon and Capsosiphon taste components are wrapped together. The blanched Capsosiphon is dipped in a solution containing edible sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate for 30 seconds ~ 300 seconds.
