Abstract:
PURPOSE: A dried red pepper humidifier, and a dried red pepper crude-crushing device including thereof are provided to crush dried red pepper after humidifying for easily crushing the dried red pepper. CONSTITUTION: A dried red pepper humidifier(100) comprises the following: an inlet for inserting dried red pepper; a transfer unit(120) for transferring the dried red pepper; a steam supplier(130) supplying high pressure steam at 120-160 deg C to the dried red pepper; an outlet(140) discharging the dried red pepper passed through the steam supplier; and a cooling spray(150) spraying water to the dried red pepper for cooling. The pressure of the steam supplied from the steam suppliers is 2.3-2.7kg/centimeter. The cooling spray is installed on the outlet. The transfer unit includes a transfer shaft and a transfer blade formed in to a spiral shape around the transfer shaft.

PURPOSE: A freshness maintaining method of melon using a liquid paraffin coating process is provided to coat the stalk of the melon with liquid paraffin for maintaining the freshness of the melon. CONSTITUTION: A freshness maintaining method of melon includes a process of coating the stalk of plants of Cucurbitaceae with a liquid paraffin composition having the dynamic viscosity of 4-12CST. The plants of Cucurbitaceae include netted melon, muskmelon, oriental melon, and cantaloupe. The liquid paraffin composition contains propolis and alcohol.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of ginger dehydration liquid using a dehydrating agent is provided to obtain dehydrated ginger and the ginger dehydration liquid using a molecular press dehydrating method. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginger dehydration liquid comprises the following steps: inserting a dehydrating agent to sliced ginger, and mixing; rotating the mixture of the ginger and the dehydrating agent for 2~10hours in the speed of 2~5rpm, for dehydrating the ginger; and performing the centrifugal separation for separating the dehydrated ginger and the ginger dehydration liquid. The dehydrating agent is dextrin or maltodextrin.

PURPOSE: A washing method of ginger using micro-bubbles is provided to obtain the ginger with the decreased total bacterial number, and fungus generation rate. CONSTITUTION: A washing method of ginger using micro-bubbles comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from the ginger, and peeling; firstly washing the peeled ginger with 50~200ppm electrolyzed water or saline water; and secondly washing the ginger with the micro-bubbles with the particle size of 10~200micrometers for 5~15minutes.

PURPOSE: A producing method of ginger powder using a liquid polymeric absorption-drying method is provided to improve the particle size and color of the ginger powder by producing the ginger powder after removing the moisture. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginger powder using a liquid polymeric absorption-drying method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring polymeric water absorbent powder and ginger, to obtain a mixture of molecular absorption liquid and the ginger; centrifugal separating the molecular absorption liquid and the ginger, to obtain the ginger with the reduced moisture; filtering the molecular absorption liquid, sterilizing at 75~85deg C for 15~25minutes, and condensing; and drying the ginger, and crushing.

A device for washing ginseng is provided to ensure maintenance of ginseng freshness for longer and safety of ginseng by minimizing the damage of fine roots and the body part and reduce ginseng spoilage during storage and distribution. A ginseng washing device(200) comprises: one or more washing units(202,204,206) to remove soil and foreign material from ginseng which is continuously supplied by a transfer conveyor by injecting wash water; and a wash water treatment part to collect wash water which is passed through the washing units and discharging, wherein the washing units contain: a main inlet pipe(210) with a main inlet port(208) to receive wash water from a water storage tank by a pump and branched into the upper side and lower side of the transfer conveyor; an upper distribution pipe(212) and an upper branch pipe(216,218,220) connected to the main inlet pipe and disposed at the upper side of the transfer conveyor; a lower distribution pipe(214) and a lower branch pipe(222,224,226) connected to the main inlet pipe and disposed at the lower side of the transfer conveyor; an upper injection nozzle installed at the upper distribution pipe or the upper branch pipe and downwardly injecting wash water; and a lower injection nozzle installed at the lower distribution pipe or the lower branch pipe and upwardly injecting wash water, wherein the transfer conveyor comprises a pair of transfer conveyors to allow ginseng to transfer by insertion there between and has a pulse wave-type unit wire which is connected in an advancing direction and a mesh structure to allow free distribution of wash water.

A method for the surface treatment of ginseng is provided to have no damage of fine roots while minimizing the body part, to ensure maintenance of ginseng freshness for longer and safety of ginseng after the harvest and to reduce ginseng spoilage during storage and distribution. A surface treatment system comprises: a washing device(200) to remove soil and foreign materials from ginseng which is continuously by a transfer conveyor by injecting wash water; a sterilizing device(300) to sterilized ginseng by injecting electrolyzed water; a dehydrating device(400) to dehydrate ginseng by injecting compressed air and a drying device(500) to dry ginseng, wherein the transfer conveyor is formed in an advancing direction of pulse wave-type unit wire; the pulse wave-type unit wire contains a connecting part which connects a leading linear part and a following linear part; the connecting part is slantingly disposed by overlapping of the leading linear part and following linear part on both ends. The transfer conveyor comprises a pair of transfer conveyors to allow ginseng to transfer by insertion there between and has a mesh structure to allow free distribution of wash water, electrolyzed water and compressed air.
