Abstract:
본 발명은 수소 생산 혐기성 미생물을 함유하는 배양액이 내측에 저장되는 배양기; 배양기로부터 배양액을 배출시켜서 배양기에 다시 공급하도록 연결되고, 배양액의 순환 공급을 위한 펌프가 설치되는 순환라인; 순환라인을 따라 순환되는 배양액에 일산화탄소를 공급하는 일산화탄소공급부; 순환라인에 설치되고, 배양액에 일산화탄소가 용해되도록 시간을 지연시키기 위한 지연경로를 제공하는 튜브를 가지는 용해유도유닛; 및 용해유도유닛의 통과를 마친 배양액에서 분리되는 기체로부터 수소를 포집하는 수소포집부를 포함하도록 한 혐기성 미생물을 이용한 수소 생산 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수소 생산 혐기성 미생물을 함유한 배양액에 일산화탄소가 용해되기 위한 시간을 증가시키기 위한 지연경로를 집적도 높게 제공함으로써 배양액에 대한 일산화탄소의 용해도를 증대시키도록 하고, 이로 인해 수소 생산 혐기성 미생물이 수소 생산시 일산화탄소 가스를 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하여 수소 생산의 효율을 높일 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel nitrilase ORN and a method for preparing carboxylic acid using the same are provided to ensure substrate specificity and to be used as a material for pharmaceutical product synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing carboxylic acid comprises: a step of preparing nitrilase ORN or a biocatalyst composition containing nitrilase ORN; and a step of reacting a nitrile substrate with nitrilase ORN or the biocatalyst composition. The nitrile substrate includes acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, adiponitrile, benzonitrile, butyronitrile, 4-chlorobenzonitrile, or mandelonitrile. Nitrilase ORN is prepared by a transformant. The transformant is prepared by transforming with a vector containing an nucleic acid molecule encoding an amino acid of sequence number 5.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protease having an algicidal activity, a gene encoding the same, and an algicidal formulation including the same. The protease of the present invention has the excellent algicidal formulation, thereby being used in controlling of red tide in a red tide occurrence area. Provided in the present invention is a method for controlling red tide, which includes the step of treating the area where red tide occurs with the algicidal formulation. Specifically, provided is a method for controlling red tide which is characterized by comprising the steps of: producing at least one protease selected from the group consisting of sequence number 1, 7, and 27 by using a Kordia algicida OT1 strain (KCTC 11320BP); and putting an algicidal formulation which contains the produced protease as an active component into sea.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protease of sequence number 5 having algicidal activity, a gene encoding the same, and an algicidal preparation including the same. The protease of the present invention has excellent algicidal activity, and thus can be useful in controlling red algal blooms in a red tide occurrence area. Provided in the present invention are a protease with algicidal activity having any one amino acid sequence among sequence number 1, 4 to 7, 26, and 27, and a gene encoding the protease.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Thermococcus onnurineus NA1 mutant having improved hydrogen producibility from formate and a method for producing hydrogen using the same. According to the present, the mutated Thermococcus onnurineus NA1 has improved hydrogen producibility in a medium including formate rather than a wild type, and improved growth velocity compared to the wild type. If a strain according to the present invention is used, hydrogen can be produced from formic acid at high efficiency.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel amidase, a gene encoding thereof, and a production method of caprolactam by using the amidase and the gene. The amidase of the present invention is capable of producing alpha-amino-epsilon-caprolactam from lysine. The alpha-amino-epsilon-caprolactam is a material for nylon and is internationally mass-produced. Therefore, the present invention provides a novel method of producing the alpha-amino-epsilon-caprolactam which is an environmentally friendly material for nylon.
