Abstract: PURPOSE: A transverse flux electric device is provided to reduce an iron loss by decreasing an eddy current loop in a magnetic flux through a slit between a stator core and a mover core. CONSTITUTION: A slit(13) magnetically separates a teeth core(10) of a stator. One or more slits are arranged along a columnar direction of the teeth core. The slit crosses the inner surface and the outer surface of the teeth core. The slit is bended to be protruded. The inner surface of the teeth core is separated in the slit.

Abstract: A linear generator system using an internal combustion engine is provided to improve energy efficiency by supporting a linear movement of a movable element and a piston through a resonant spring to discharge an elastic energy type after accumulating a part of a kinetic energy of the piston. An internal combustion engine(100) drives a linear reciprocating motion of a piston through an explosive power engine by burning a mixture gas of fuel and air in a chamber. A longitudinal flux linear generator(200) includes a stator having a core and a winding coil, and a movable element(214) having a permanent magnet. The movable element(214) is connected to the piston of the internal combustion engine(100) through a connecting load, and receives a driving force of the piston. Electricity generated in the winding coil of the stator is provided to the outside through a power output line. A longitudinal flux linear motor(300) includes a stator having a core and a winding coil, and a movable element(314) having a permanent magnet. The movable element(314) is connected to the piston of the internal combustion engine(100) through the movable element(214) of the longitudinal flux linear generator(200). If the power is applied to the winding coil of the stator through a power input line to drive the internal combustion engine(100), the movable element(314) is driven linearly and transfers a linear driving force. The longitudinal flux linear motor(300) drives the piston of the internal combustion engine(100).

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a device for reducing vibrations of a stator of a transverse-flux linear motor. By forming reinforcing holes between projections (51a) on a stator metal core on both sides of a support structure for the stator metal core and inserting and installing a high-strength nonmagnetic substance such as an aluminum alloy into the reinforcing holes, the present invention is able to reinforce the strength between the projections on the stator metal core and increase the contact area with a counter component, thereby reducing vibrations due to twisting of the stator metal core as in the existing technology. To achieve the objective described above, a stator of a transverse-flux linear motor which generates magnetic forces on both sides includes: a stator metal core; a stator metal core support structure which includes press fitting grooves formed at intervals on both sides and applies resin molding onto the stator metal core; and reinforcement members which are inserted into the press fitting grooves and reinforce the support strength of the support structure.
