PURPOSE: A 3D data format producing/consuming apparatus and a method thereof can extract information of images, form it in structurized 3D data format, and create a realistic panoramic image. PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting color for an image projection device and a method thereof are provided to minimize color correction procedure, by performing color correction using one sample image in a single projection or multi projection system. CONSTITUTION: A color correction device acquires a photographing image obtained by photographing a projected sample image in which an image acquisition device is projected (S100). The color correction device generates a 3D color cube by area on the basis of a color value of a block of the sample image and a color value of the photographing image, and selects a reference 3D color cube (S120,S140). PURPOSE: A wireless channel state estimating method, an apparatus thereof, and a coding rate controlling method on a wireless network are provided to estimate a channel state of a wireless network by using additional information including signal strength information, wireless information, and modulating method information. CONSTITUTION: A channel estimator(110) estimates bit error rate by using additional information about a received video packet. The channel estimator estimates channel capacity of a wireless network by using the estimated bit error rate. A decoding unit(120) sets up channel coding rate based on the estimated channel capacity. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for detecting a center of pupil are provided to detect a candidate area by selective application of an AdaBoost algorithm and a CAMShift algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A candidate area detection unit(110) detects a candidate area for detection of a pupil center from an eye image by selective application of an AdaBoost algorithm and a CAMShift algorithm. A pupil center detection unit(120) applies a circle detection algorithm to the candidate area.
