Abstract: The present invention relates to a shock absorbing apparatus for vehicle collision which efficiently absorbs and cushions the shock of vehicle collision through a series of cushioning operations and which comprises: guide rails disposed in the direction of running vehicles; a collision barrier which is disposed on the upper part of the guide rails and which moves backward along the guide rails when a vehicle collides therewith; a shock absorbing wire which penetrates the collision barrier and which is disposed in the direction of the guide rail; and a cutting die which is disposed on the collision barrier and which cuts the outer circumferential surface of the shock absorbing wire when the collision barrier moves backward along the guide rails. Abstract: The present invention relates to a railway wheel, wherein a tire unit (11) are fastened to a web plate (10) integrated with a hub with bolts such that the tire unit is coupled to an outer side of the web plate. The web plate is made of a lightweight material, and the tire unit is made of a material with heat resistance and wear resistance. A recess portion is formed on one of the web plate (10) and the tire unit (12) such that the wheel supports lateral force induced by centrifugal force generated when the wheel rolls along a curved rail, a protruding portion arranged on the recess portion is formed on the other, and each of the bolts penetrates through the protruding portion to be horizontally fastened to a side wall of the recess portion, thereby coupling the tire unit to the outside of the web plate. The railway wheel is made up of the web plate made of a lightweight material and the tire unit made of a material with heat resistance and wear resistance, thereby making lightweight the railway wheel.
