Abstract: A vessel navigation evaluation management system and vessel navigation evaluation management method using the same are disclosed. The vessel navigation evaluation management system includes an other-ship navigation information providing unit providing location information, speed information, stem angle information, and navigation path information of other ships; an accident cause generating unit providing at least one or more maritime accident scenario information in which an internal accident element and an external accident element are combined; a vessel navigation displaying unit displaying information provided from the other-ship navigation information providing unit and the accident cause generating unit; a vessel navigation manipulating unit equipped with navigation manipulating devices necessary for navigating the ship and manipulating the navigation of the ship through the navigation manipulating devices; a navigation record storing unit recording and storing in realtime navigation manipulation information of a series of the navigation manipulating devices from a departing site to an arrival site of the ship in the form of a log file; and a navigation evaluation managing unit that stores standard navigation information corresponding to the maritime accident scenario information and compares the navigation manipulation information stored in the navigation record storing unit with the standard navigation information to provide evaluation information and a navigation grade that are numerical values converted from a result of then comparison.
