Abstract: The present invention introduces a brake disk for a vehicle, comprising a hat which is mounted on a rotary shaft of a wheel and in which a floating hole is formed along the circumference of an outer surface in the radial direction lengthways; a braking band which is formed on a friction surface along the outer circumference and has a mounting hole at a position corresponding to the floating hole along the inner circumference of the friction surface; a floating bush which is movably mounted in the radial direction within the floating whole and has one end part mounted on the mounting hole and the other end part inserted into the floating hole; and a tensioner which absorbs axial displacement generated at the braking side by fixing a middle end part to the floating bush by a fixing means and supporting both end parts at one surface of the hat in a tension state toward the axial direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronizer sleeve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a density of 7.3g/cc or greater by molding, sintering, and thermally treating nickel, molybdenum, and iron powder. The density of the synchronizer sleeve is 7.3g/cc or greater. Splines(120,140) are formed along the exterior or interior of the synchronizer sleeve. A chamfer is formed on the top or the bottom of the splines, and is molded with a base material by the powder metallurgy method.
