대차의 차체 정면 편심 충돌시 상기 마운팅 브래킷의 좌굴부가 좌굴되면서 충격 에너지를 흡수하게 되고, 그 좌굴에 의한 프런트 멤버의 반시계방향 회전 변형으로 대차가 엔진을 빗겨 우측으로 슬라이딩하면서 밀리게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A trailing arm mounting unit for a vehicle is provided to have a vibration insulation effect on the weight applied on a vehicle body forward and backward. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm mounting unit(100) for a vehicle is mounted at the front end of a trailing arm and comprises a bush(40) in which an insulator(45) is interposed between an outer pipe(41) and an inner pipe(43). The bush is joined to a mount bracket(30) of a vehicle frame by a fastening bolt(B) and a nut(N) and mounts the trailing arm on the car body frame. A guide projection(50) is projected frontward and backward on the outer pie of the bush, corresponding to the vertical surface of the mount bracket. A through-hole is formed on the vertical surface of the mount bracket. A secondary bush is coupled with the through-hole. The guide projection is inserted into the hollow of the secondary bush.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel for a vehicle is provided to reduce injuries to a driver by effectively dispersing weight in case the driver's body collides with the steering wheel in sudden braking or head-on collision. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel(30) for a vehicle comprises a bottom spoke(39) and a spoke hole(39a). The bottom spoke connects the lower end of a rim(31) toward a driver and a hub(33). The spoke hole passes through the upper side and the lower side of the bottom spoke. One end of the spoke hole facing the lower end of the rim has a V-shape. The spoke hole is straightly extended along the longitudinal direction of the bottom spoke toward the hub from the both ends of the V-shape and is connected to the hub.
