    Abstract: A device and a method for manufacturing a hydrogen fuel tank for a fuel cell vehicle are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and improve performance and productivity by increasing efficiency in manufacturing an end of a composite hydrogen fuel tank. A device for manufacturing a hydrogen fuel tank for a fuel cell vehicle includes a filament winding shaft(62), a fiber stopper(21), a resin transmission pad, a resin absorption pad, a fixing member, and a fixing bolt. The filament winding shaft is inserted in a hole of a mandrill of the hydrogen fuel tank. The fiber stopper prevents spread of fiber at an end of the hydrogen fuel tank in a filament winding process. The resin transmission pad functions to easily separate the resin adhered absorption pad from parts after forming an oven. The resin absorption pad absorbs resin having passed through a groove of the fiber stopper when winding and forming the oven. The fixing member is coupled to the fiber stopper by the fixing bolt and fixes the resin transmission pad and the resin absorption pad to the fiber stopper by compressing the pads. The fixing bolt couples the parts to the filament winding shaft.
