Abstract: PURPOSE: A retainer used for a tripod joint is provided to reduce an operation process and increase the entire durability of the retainer by integrally forming a separation-preventing unit formed to the retainer to prevent the separation of a roller together with a body unit and to largely improve power transmission performance and traveling stability by increasing separation-preventing force for preventing the roller from being separated from a trunnion. CONSTITUTION: A retainer(34) used for a tripod joint includes a separation-preventing unit(34c) bent in the diametral direction of a roller to prevent the roller inserted into a trunnion from being separated. The separation-preventing unit is integrally formed over the whole surface of the upper end of a body unit(34a) when the body unit inserted into the trunnion is formed. The lower front end of a bottom side unit(34b) is bent to the outer peripheral surface of a trunnion when the body unit is inserted into the trunnion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort by moving resonant frequency to an area of not being affected by vibration and noise produced from a power unit, to minimize noise transmitted to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle connects a transmission with a vehicle body by interposing a mounting bracket including an insulator. In the transmission support bracket, base plates(4), formed with a predetermined area to come in contact with a transmission housing, and a ring-shaped outer race(6) formed to the upper center part of the base plates and connected to the vehicle body through the insulator and the mounting bracket are integrally formed. Plural ribs(16,18,20,22,24,26) are longitudinally formed on the top of the base plates of the ring-shaped outer race at predetermined intervals. A pair of recessed grooves are formed to the lower part of the ring-shaped outer race. The recessed grooves are formed while interposing a rib in the middle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A constant velocity joint is provided to prevent lubricating oil from leaking between a boot and a driven shaft through improvement of joining force of the boot and the driven shaft. CONSTITUTION: A constant velocity joint comprises a joint assembly(10); boots(20) covering lubricating oil(G), smoothly performing power transmission of the joint assembly, with coupled with a driving shaft(2) and a driven shaft(4); and a sealing unit(30). The joint assembly makes the shafts perform power transmission at a uniform speed without a change of rotational speed within a predetermined range. The sealing unit prevents lubricating oil from leaking between the boot and the driven shaft with glue spread between the boot and the driven shaft.
