Abstract: The present invention relates to a steering column device for a vehicle to improve marketability by improving shocking absorbing performance during a vehicle collision. Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel is provided to prevent the movement of a handle cover inside and outside a hub, to improve the steering feeling and to devise a safe driving by supporting the handle cover through an ornament. CONSTITUTION: An ornament(30) is inserted in a spoke(13) of a steering wheel(10). A handle cover(20) is inserted in a hub(12) by containing the part of the ornament. The ornament contains plural assembling protrusions(31) and many ribs(32). The assembling protrusions are combined with the spoke by inserting in assembling grooves(13a) of the spoke. The ribs supports the handle cover by overlapping with the handle cover when the handle cover is combined with the hub. Thereby, the movement of the handle cover inside and outside the hub is prevented though the handle cover toward the spoke is pushed.
