Abstract: A torque converter structure having a hysteresis torque control function is provided to adjust a hysteresis torque value by using a frictional material attached on a hook whose end is bent. A damper spring(6) is arranged along a circumference of a lock-up clutch(5) at regular intervals. A spring support(8) having an incision toward a turbine(4) is installed between the damper springs. A hook is fixed at the turbine and then inserted into the incision section of the spring support. The hook alleviates impact that is generated upon being locked-up. A friction material(22) is attached on an end of the hook and tightly coupled to a surface of the spring support to generate friction force upon being locked-up.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A relief valve for an oil pump is provided to give a function of removing alien substances to a relief valve, thereby preventing valve stick of a plunger due to the alien substances. CONSTITUTION: A flow path(10a) is formed between an intake port and a discharge port of a housing(10) of an oil pump. A relief valve(20) is installed in the flow path, having a plunger(22) movable in the flow path, and a return spring(24) elastically supporting the plunger. A cylindrical permanent magnet(26) is installed at one side front end of the plunger to remove alien substances of iron components included in fluid oil flowed into the plunger through the flow path, thereby preventing the fluid oil discharged through the discharge port from including the alien substances of iron components.
