The moving plate is coupled at the back side of a latch assembly(10) and lifts up the hood. The moving guide pin is coupled with the moving plate and guides the sliding movement of the moving plate. The spring is mounted at the circumference of the moving guide pin and lifts the moving plate up. The link member has an operating mechanism where the link member is rotated by impact force and is releasable from the moving plate.
