Abstract: 본 발명은 아크손상방지용 접점구조를 가진 릴레이에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 전원이 인가된 상태에서 릴레이의 내부접점들 사이에서 발생되는 아크방전으로 접점표면이 손상되는 것을 방지하여 접점의 전도성이 저하되는 것을 감소시킬 수 있는 아크손상방지용 접점구조를 가진 릴레이에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 아크손상방지용 접점구조를 가진 릴레이는, 가동부에 의하여 상하 이동하며 전원단자가 구비된 가동부접점과, 상기 가동부접점과 접촉되어 통전되며 고정된 고정부접점을 포함하는 릴레이에 있어서, 상기 가동부접점을 아크가 발생되는 제1아크접점부 및 전류가 통전되는 제1통전접점부로 분리하여 형성하고, 상기 고정부접점을 아크가 발생되는 제2아크접점부 및 전류가 통전되는 제2통전접점부로 분리하여 형성하고, 상기 가동부접점과 고정부접점에 각각 형성된 제1 및 제2아크접점부가 가동부접점과 고정부접점에 각각 형성된 제1 및 제2통전접점부보다 아크방전이 먼저 발생하도록 아크접점부간의 길이를 조정하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: A unified structure of a high relay and a low relay for a headlamp of a vehicle is provided to cut down total weight and production cost of the relay for the headlamp by unifying the common portions of a switching unit, a fixing junction unit, an operating unit, and a terminal unit into one relay combination body. A unified relay structure for a headlamp of a vehicle for driving a low beam and a high beam of the headlamp comprises a switching unit(10) having an operating junction(11) connected with a battery terminal(41) at one side of a circuit connected with a power source; a fixing junction unit(20) installed at one side of a circuit connected with a load; an operating unit(30) formed on a base correspondent with the switching unit to open/close the switching unit ; and a terminal unit(40) contacting an electrode of the circuit. The fixing junction unit is composed of a double structure of a low fixing junction(21) connected with the low beam and a high fixing junction(22) connected with the high beam, to successively switch with the operating junction of the switching unit. The operating unit is a double structure wound by a low excitation coil(31) connected with a low switch(33) through an ignition terminal(42) and a high excitation coil(32) connected with a high switch(34) through the ignition terminal, to successively allow an electromagnetic power.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a relay is provided to reduce total volume and weight and curtail production cost by forming a movable part and an elastic member as an integrated relay structure. CONSTITUTION: First and second fixing contact points(102a,102b) are fixed to an inner left part and an inner right part of a housing(100). A movable part is installed between first and the second fixing contact points and is rotated around a rotary shaft. One end of an elastic member(106) is fixed to an inner top part of the housing. The other end of the elastic member is fixed vertically to the movable part. A movable contact point(104) is installed at an end of the movable part and is in contact with the first and the second fixing contact points. First and second electromagnetic generators(110a,110b) are used for generating electromagnetic force to rotate the movable part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A relay device for reducing arc using a magnetic force is provided to improve stability of the relay device and a circuit by reducing arc between junctions receiving the current from a power supply. CONSTITUTION: A relay device for reducing arc using a magnetic force includes an external switch, a coil(C), a resistor(R), and an internal relay. The coil and the resistor are parallel-connected with each other via a conductive line and are coupled with the external switch. The internal relay is opened/closed by an electromotive force of the coil. One of a node of the internal relay is coupled with a power supply via a relay terminal(20). A magnetic field guider includes the first hole for receiving the relay terminal and the second hole for receiving the conductive line. The conductive line and the relay terminal are magnetically coupled with each other by the magnetic field guider such that the relay terminal is subject to an electromagnetic force.
