Abstract: 본발명은하이브리드차량의주행모드제어방법및 그제어시스템에관한것으로, 하이브리드차량의히팅모드가온인경우, 제어부가냉각수온을확인하는냉각수온확인단계; 냉각수온이제1수온미만인경우, 상기제어부가엔진을상시가동시켜냉각수온을상승시키고, 차속이제1차속이상인경우에차량을 HEV모드로주행시키는제1모드수행단계; 냉각수온이상기제1수온이상이고제2수온미만인경우, 상기제어부가차량의주행시에만상기엔진을가동시키고, 차속이상기제1차속이상인경우에차량을상기 HEV모드로주행시키는제2모드수행단계; 및냉각수온이상기제2수온보다높게설정된임계수온이상인경우, 상기제어부가차속이상기제1차속보다더 높게설정된임계차속이상인경우에차량을상기 HEV모드로주행시키는일반모드수행단계;를포함하는하이브리드차량의주행모드제어방법이소개된다.

Abstract: 하이브리드차량의엔진기동시점제어방법은, 제어기가가속페달센서(APS)로부터출력되는가속신호에응답하여엔진의기동제어전에엔진기동명령을생성하는단계와, 제어기가하이브리드차량이주행하는도로의경사도를판단하는단계와, 제어기가도로경사도가존재하는것으로판단될때 엔진기동명령에따라엔진을기동시켜하이브리드시동발전기를동작시키고하이브리드시동발전기의전력이모터에전력을제공하는배터리를충전하도록제어하는단계를포함한다. 제어기는모터가엔진클러치를통해엔진에결합되지않도록제어할수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of setting a learning cycle of an engine clutch for a hybrid vehicle and a system thereof. To that end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for setting a learning cycle of an engine clutch which controls connection of power between an engine and a motor in a hybrid vehicle. The method include: a step of detecting and accumulating the launch slip time of the engine clutch; a step of detecting and accumulating the number of launch slip entrances of the engine clutch; a step of detecting and accumulating the time when the temperature of the engine clutch exceeds a predefined temperature; a step of detecting and accumulating the number of times when the temperature of the engine clutch exceeds the predefined temperature; a step of setting a learning cycle of the engine clutch based on the accumulated launch slip time, accumulated number of launch slip entrances, accumulated time of exceeding the predefined temperature, and accumulated number of times of exceeding the predefined temperature.
