    Abstract: A structure of a vibration damper for preventing noise of a vehicle is provided to minimize booming noise from being generated in the interior of the vehicle while the vehicle is running. A structure of a vibration damper for preventing noise of a vehicle comprises a magnet mass(13) mounted on a roof rail of the vehicle, and an electromagnetic device. The structure is composed to decrease the resonance of the natural frequency of a roof rail(11). The electromagnetic device has an opposite polarity compared with that of the magnet mass and installed on one side thereof to adjust the magnetic force. The roof rail is formed with two penetrating holes(14) spaced apart from each other by a certain interval. A rigid plate(12) is interposed between the penetrating holes to serves as a vibration plate. The magnet mass reduces the vibration of the roof rail as a dynamic damper by mounting the magnet mass to the rigid plate.

The adjusting bolt is penetrated through the centers of the piston rod, the piston and the outer cover. The opening/closing plate is contacted with the piston and equipped with an opening/closing slot(14a) corresponding to the orifice. Thereby, a trunk lid is opened and fixed at a wanted height.
