A particulate matter sensor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an exhaust line through which exhaust gas passes; and an electrostatic induction type sensor which is installed on one side of the exhaust line and generates charged particles when charged particulate matter included in the exhaust gas pass nearby. An electrode unit is formed on the entire surface of the sensor close to the particulate matter. The electrode unit can be a furrow type which protrudes in a direction crossing the direction in which the exhaust gas flows.

PURPOSE: An ammonia SCR catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxides from a lean burn engine, and a nitrogen oxide reduction apparatus containing thereof are provided to prevent the decrease of the purification function for reducing the nitrogen oxides into nitrogen when hydrocarbon flows in. CONSTITUTION: An ammonia SCR catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxides from a lean burn engine contains hydrogen type mordenite ion-exchanged with more than one metal selected from the group consisting of iron, cobalt, nickel, and copper as an active ingredient. A nitrogen oxide reduction apparatus contains the ammonia SCR catalyst. The ammonia SCR catalyst is located on an exhausting pipe connected to an exhaust manifold of the lean-burn engine. The nitrogen oxide reduction apparatus additionally contains a diesel oxidation catalyst.

본 발명은 전기영동법을 이용한 촉매 일체형 금속필터 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 금속표면에 알루미나 입자를 EPD(electrophoretic deposition, 전기영동법) 법으로 접합시킨 후, 산화 알루미나를 형성시키는 과정 등을 통하여, 산화촉매를 안정적으로 담지시킨 촉매 일체형 금속필터 제조를 가능하게 한 전기영동법을 이용한 촉매 일체형 금속필터 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 전기영동법으로 금속판(필터)에 알루미늄을 전착시키는 제1단계와; 알루미늄이 전착된 알루미늄-금속필터를 공기분위기의 건조 조건으로 500~900℃에서 산화시켜 알루미늄을 산화알루미늄으로 전환시키는 제2단계와; 상기 알루미나-금속필터를 귀금속 용액에 딥핑시켜, 귀금속을 상기 알루미나의 다공성 층에 담지되게 하는 제3단계와; 귀금속이 담지된 알루미나-금속필터를 공기분위기의 120℃에서 12시간 이내로 건조 소성시키는 제4단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기영동법을 이용한 촉매 일체형 금속필터 제조 방법을 제공한다. 전기영동법, 촉매, 금속필터, 알루미늄, 알루미나, 귀금속

PURPOSE: A catalyst for zeolite for removing nitrogen oxide, a manufacturing method thereof, and a removing method of the nitrogen oxide are provided to prevent environmental contamination by minimizing the amount of the nitrogen oxide. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for zeolite for removing nitrogen oxide includes manganese(Mn) 5 ~ 30 weight% and iron 2 ~ 20 weight% as an active material based on the total weight of the catalyst. A manufacturing method of the zeolite catalyst includes a step for supporting the manganese and the iron by using a mixed solution of the manganese and the iron, and a step for sintering the supported catalyst after drying.

PURPOSE: A post processing device of a diesel vehicle and a recovery method are provided to control reproduction of CPF according to the suction rate and the burnt deposit sampled to a CPF. CONSTITUTION: A post processing device of a diesel vehicle comprises a DOC(diesel oxidation catalyst, 100), a CPF(catalyzed particulate filter, 200), a DM(urea dosing module, 300), and s SCR catalyst(400) and controller(500). The DOC is arranged on top of an exhaust pipe and oxidizes CO, HC, and NO included in the exhaust gas. The CPF is arranged to the downstream side of the DOC. The CPF collects soot and particulate in particulate matter. The controller controls the all operation about purification and recovery of exhaust gas of the post processing device.
