Abstract: The present invention includes a shaft which rotates around an axis; a rotor with a rotor arm which is mounted on the shaft; a hinge pin of which one end is connected to the rotor arm; a swash plate which is joined to a hub fitted to the shaft, wherein the hub has a hub arm to which the other end portion of the hinge pin is connected and which is rotated to enable the variation of an inclined angle of the swash plate to the shaft according to the rotation position of the hub arm. An inlet in which the refrigerant flows in is installed in the upper part of the first header pipe and an outlet in which refrigerant flows out in the lower part. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant discharge unit for an air conditioner of a vehicle is mounted on an air conditioner pipe(60), consisting of an inner pipe(61) and an outer pipe(63), and supplies cooled liquid refrigerant to an expansion valve. The inner pipe connects a compressor and an evaporator, and gas refrigerant of low temperatures and low pressures, supplying from the evaporator to the compressor, passes through the inner pipe. The outer pipe installs to be covered the exterior of the inner pipe and cools by exchanging heat between the liquid refrigerant of high temperatures and high pressures, supplying from a condenser through an refrigerant supply port forming in one side of the outer pipe, and the gas refrigerant. The refrigerant discharge unit comprises a refrigerant discharge pipe(110). One end of the refrigerant discharge pipe is inserted into a refrigerant discharge hole, forming in the other side of the outer pipe, corresponding to the expansion valve. The other side of the refrigerant discharge pipe connects to the expansion valve to reduce flow resistance of the liquid refrigerant, discharging to the refrigerant discharge hole, and supplies the liquid refrigerant to the expansion valve.
