PURPOSE: A heat exchange system for a battery is provided to remove a battery cooling system installed in a vehicle, and to conduct cooling of the battery at charging, from the outside of the battery, thereby reducing weight and production costs of a battery component. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange system for a battery comprises a duct(10) which inhales and discharges air, through a battery pack, for heat exchange; an air port which is arranged to expose one end of a vehicle to outside, and supplies the outer air to the duct by being connected to the duct; and an air supply device(40) which has a fan inside thereof, and air gun(41) outside thereof, ventilates air through the air gun, and supplies air to the duct by connecting the air gun to the air port at charging the battery.

PURPOSE: A battery system of a hybrid fuel cell vehicle is provided to increase a cooling effect of a battery cell since cooling air flowing in a battery pack is uniformly distributed to all of battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A battery system of a hybrid fuel cell vehicle comprises a battery case(20), a battery pack(30), an inlet duct(40), a cooling fan(50), and an outlet duct. The battery case is fixed and installed in an underfloor part under a front seat outside the vehicle. A sealing space is formed in the battery case. The inlet duct connects the battery pack and the interior space of the vehicle. The cooling fan connects to the battery pack in the sealing space. One end of the outlet duct connects to the cooling fan to discharge hot air, sucked by the cooling fan, to the outside of the vehicle.

PURPOSE: A high voltage battery safety controlling method and a high voltage battery cooling structure related the same are provided to improve a safety of vehicles by preventing a generation of a combustible gas due to overcharging state of the high voltage battery loaded on vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An overcharging state of a high voltage battery is determined(S11). A current of all electric apparatuses related to the high voltage battery except for a cooling fan is secluded according to the overcharging state of the high voltage battery(S12). A speed of the cooling fan is controlled. The cooling pan is operated to a maximum speed in case of overcharging state of the high voltage battery in a process of grasping the state of the battery(S13). A duct between the cooling fan and the high voltage battery has a closure structure about the outside.

PURPOSE: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to maintain contact force which is stronger than contact force of a spring due to increasing contact area from point contact to line contact. CONSTITUTION: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a cell lead tab(15) which is attached to a side of a cell module(14) and a receptacle(16) whose top end is inserted into a cell lead tab in order to measure the voltage of a battery. The top end of the receptacle is formed in a widening structure so that the both sides of the receptacle easliy contacts with the cell lead tab.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing water from flowing into high-voltage electric equipment is provided to secure safety of a vehicle by preventing a fire and a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing water from flowing into high-voltage electric equipment comprises a package tray and an air flow grill(13). The air flow grill is connected with inside for cooling the high-voltage electric equipment, and air is flowed to the air flow grill. A plurality of air inlets are formed on both sides of the air flow grill. The cross section of the air flow grill has an arch-shaped comb structure. In case water is poured in the upper part of the air flow grill, the water is flowed down, and the water inflow is blocked.

PURPOSE: A duct structure for a combination package module of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce the noise generated by cooling air colliding with the vehicle chassis. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for a combination package module of a hybrid vehicle has a duct(3) which leads cooling air of the combination package module to the outside of chassis(1). An outlet of the duct is extended to an outlet of an exhaust grill formed in the chassis and is arranged facing with the exhaust grill outlet. The cross section of the duct is uniform through the whole length, and the cross section of the duct outlet is an oval shape.
