    Abstract: PURPOSE: A washer liquid heating device for a vehicle and a heating control method thereof are provided to heat a washer liquid without consuming a large amount of electrical energy because the washer liquid in a washer liquid tank is heated by cooling water passing through an air conditioning device. CONSTITUTION: A washer liquid heating device for a vehicle comprises an air conditioning device(20), a washer liquid spraying device(30), a heating switch(40), and a control part(50). Cooling water supplied from an engine(10) passes through the air conditioning device to heat a vehicle room. The washer liquid spraying device comprises a washer liquid tank(31) in which a washer liquid is stored. The washer liquid spraying device heats the washer liquid by heat-exchanging the cooling water and the washer liquid. The heating switch selects one among preheating mode, heating mode, and stop mode. The control part is driven or stopped by the heating switch; sends the cooling water passing through the air conditioning device to the washer liquid spraying device or the engine depending on the temperature of the cooling water and the washer liquid; and sends the cooling water passing through the washer liquid spraying device to the air conditioning device or the engine depending on the temperature of the cooling water.
