Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cartridge valve type electronic variable displacement pump which controls a flow rate of oil in a power steering line of a vehicle according to the speed and the steering angle of a vehicle to transmit the oil to a steering gear box. The present invention provides a new type of an electronic variable displacement pump which controls a discharge flow rate by controlling an oil compression amount in a chamber between vanes using a valve and a flow passage installed on a cartridge, thereby eliminating components such as a variable cam ring, simplifying the flow passage and the structure, and reducing the weight and material costs.

본 발명은 차량 쏠림 방지 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 직진 주행 시 운전자가 핸들을 놓았을 때 차량이 한 쪽으로 쏠리는 현상을 방지하는 차량 쏠림 방지 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 운전자가 직선 도로에서 파워 스티어링 차량 운전 중, 조작 버튼의 온 작동을 입력받는 단계, 조작 버튼의 온 작동이 수행되지 않으면 차속이 40km/h 이상인 경우, 상기 스티어링 휠의 회전 각도는 45도 이상인 경우, 상기 스티어링 휠의 각도가 3초 이상 유지되는 경우 및 상기 회전 토크가 3초 이상 유지되는 경우 스티어링 휠의 회전을 고정시키는 단계, 차량의 계기판에 배치되는 표시부에서 스티어링 휠이 고정 상태임을 운전자에게 인식시키기 위한 문구가 점멸하는 단계 및 상기 운전 조건을 판단하는 것을 반복하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 스티어링 휠 고정 조건은 스티어링 휠의 회전 각도를 검출하기 위한 조향각 센서, 상기 스티어링 휠의 회전 토크를 검출하기 위한 조타 토크 센서 및 차량의 속도를 검출하기 위한 차속 센서에 의해 판단되며, 운전자가 상기 조작 버튼을 오프(off) 조작하면 상기 스티어링 휠의 회전 고정이 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 쏠림 방지 방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An assembling type steering gear box is provided to facilitate the setting for a target steering gear ratio. CONSTITUTION: An assembling type steering gear box comprises a rack bar(10), a plurality of tooth profiles(20), and a cover(30). The rack bar adjusts the steering direction. The plurality of tooth profile is worked to be coupled with one side of the rack bar. The cover fixes the tooth profiles by being coupled with one side of the rack bar.

PURPOSE: A power steering apparatus equipped with a vibration isolation device is provided to improve the steering efficiency and to prevent the generation of shimmy and kick back in a steering wheel due to the transmission of an external impact or vibration. CONSTITUTION: A power steering apparatus equipped with a vibration isolation device is composed of a cylinder(3), a control valve(4), and a rotation restrict assembly(10). The cylinder comprises a rack bar(7). The rack bar moves straight to steer a vehicle wheel. A torsion bar(5) is formed within the control valve. The torsion bar opens/closes a passage in steering the wheel. The control valve applies steering force by applying the oil pressure to the rack bar in steering the wheel. The control valve circulates the oil between the oil pump and the cylinder. The rotation restrict assembly rotates a pinion and generates the torsion of the torsion bar by bypassing the oil toward the piston valve and forming high pressure.

Provided are a thermoplastic elastic polymer which is excellent in durability and elasticity and is reduced in the generation of crack during molding process, and an automobile interior material comprising the thermoplastic elastic polymer. The thermoplastic elastic polymer comprises 100 parts by weight of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; 60-150 parts by weight of polypropylene; 0.4-16 parts by weight of a peroxide crosslinking initiator; and 1.2-8 parts by weight of ethylene glycidyl methacrylate. The polypropylene has a number average molecular weight of 40,000-80,000, a melt index of 1.8-10 g/10 min and a density of 0.8-0.9 g/cm^3; and the ethylene glycidyl methacrylate comprises 60-80 wt% of ethylene and 3-6 wt% of ethylene norbornene. Preferably the ethylene glycidyl methacrylate further comprises 6-10 wt% of glycidyl methacrylate.

PURPOSE: A car incline prevention method is provided to prevent the inclination of a car by responding to short- or long-term incline elements such as a side wind, uneven tire wear, an inclined surface, an obstacle, and etc. CONSTITUTION: A car incline prevention method is comprised of the following steps: a step(S10) which receives an on operation of an operation button; a step(S20) which determines a driving condition; and a step(S30) which fixes the rotation of a steering wheel depending on the driving condition. The driving condition is determined by a steering angle sensor and a car speed sensor. The steering angle sensor detects a rotation angle of the steering wheel. The car speed sensor detects a steering torque sensor and the velocity of a car to detect the rotation torque of the steering wheel. A method for analyzing the contaminant of pvc+abs blend using the thermal decomposition behavior is provided to prevent the property of material from degrading by calculating the each compositional content using the thermal decomposition characteristic of material. A method for analyzing the contaminant of pvc+abs blend comprises followings. A furnace of a TGA equipment is heated to 30~400°C at 20°C/min under the nitrogen atmosphere. The furnace can stays at 400°C for 20 minutes. The furnace is heated to 580~620°C at 5~20°C/min and mood of furnace is changed with the oxygen. The temperature of the furnace is increase to 850~870°C under the oxygen atmosphere at 5~20°C/min. The ABS and PVC content ratio and the actual amount of HCI and PVC are calculated by computing the weight percent of a test piece at the temperature which PVC of the test piece is disassembled to HCI.
