Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for separating hydrogen cyanide from mixtures containing pentenenitrile, by means of the azeotropic distillation of hydrogen cyanide with 1,3-butadiene.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for extractive separation of nickel (0) complexes with phosphorous ligands, from a reaction product of a hydrocyanation of unsaturated mononitriles to give dinitriles, by means of extraction with a hydrocarbon, wherein a phase separation of the hydrocarbon and the nitrile-containing solution into two phases occurs, by addition of a polar additive to the reaction product (feed stream) and/or the extraction stage.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal by reacting the corresponding aliphatic dialdehyde or a precursor of the corresponding aliphatic dialdehyde with one or more aliphatic monohydric or polyhydric alcohols, during which water is isolated by distillation while obtaining a reaction mixture that is separated by distillation. The invention is characterized in that the separation by distillation is continuously carried out in a partition column during which pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal is obtained as a side-stream of the partition column or the separation by distillation is continuously carried out in two distillation columns during which crude aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal is obtained as a side-stream in the first distillation column, the crude aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal is fed to the second distillation column, and pure aliphatic dialdehyde monoacetal is obtained as a side-stream from the second distillation column.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the extractive separation of homogeneously dissolved catalysts from a reaction product from a hydrocyanation of unsaturated mononitriles to dinitriles, by extraction with a carbon material (K), characterised in that a) a non-polar aprotic liquid (F) is added to the reaction product to give a stream (I) and b) the stream (I) is extracted with a carbon material (K) at a temperature (T), to give a stream (II), containing the carbon material (K), enriched with the catalyst and a stream (III), stripped of catalyst.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for the production of adipodinitrile by hydrocyanation of 1,3-butadiene on a catalyst, wherein in a first step 1,3-Butadiene is hydrocyanated to form 3-Pentene nitrile on at least one nickel(0) catalyst and, in a second step, 3-Pentene nitrile is hydrocyanated to form adipodinitrile on at least one nickel(0)-catalyst by adding at least one Lewis acid. At least one of the at least one nickel(0) catalysts used in the respective steps of the inventive method is converted in the other step.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hardenable composition of epoxy resins, reactive thinning agents containing epoxy groups and the hardener 2,2',6,6'-tettramethyl-4,4'-methylene-bis(cyclohexylamine), the hardening of the composition and the thus obtained hardened epoxy resin, in addition to the corresponding use of 2,2',6,6'-tetramethyl-4,4'-methylene-bis(cyclohexylamine) as a hardener for epoxy resins in hardenable compositions with reactive thinning agents containing epoxy groups.
