    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the composition and manufacturing method improved to use to a gas curing mold. CONSTITUTION:This is related to the bonding composition for molding sand, containing alkali re-sol type bis-phenol-formaldehyde resin and boron compound or the bonding composition for molding sand further using silane coupling agent as the bonding agent. Further, the manufacturing method for mold having the peculiarity, in which at the time of manufacturing the mold by using refractory granular material, the bonding compound is used and cured with carbon dioxide, is provided. By this molding method, in which the bonding composition for molding sand is used and the mold is cured with the carbon dioxide, curing speed of the mold and mold strength are drastically improved, in comparison with use of the ordinary resol type phenol-formaldehyde resin solution, and the one having excellent storing stability of the bonding agent itself, is obtd.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. which can maintain high lubricating and rolling performances for a long period of time and is free from danger of fire, by blending a particular lubricating oil component with a dispersant component selected from among water-soluble cationic high-molecular compounds and water-soluble amphoteric high-molecular compounds. CONSTITUTION:At least one lubricating oil component selected from among mineral oil, aliphatic alcohol, and fatty acid (ester) is blended with 0.1-10wt% dispersant component selected from among an addition polymer, a ring-opening polymer and a polycondensation product which is a polymer containing at least two basic or cationic nitrogen atoms and having an average MW of 1,000-10,000,000 and additives such as 0-5wt% extreme pressure agent, 0-2wt% rust preventive and 0-5wt% antioxidant, thereby obtaining the titled compsn. 1-30wt% aforesaid compsn. is diluted with 99-70wt% water for use.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery detergent composition improved in detergency by blending a sequestering agent comprising a glycine-N,N-diacetic acid derivative, with a nonionic surfactant serving as a base, a higher fatty acid salt and an alkalizing agent each in an appropriate amount. SOLUTION: A component (a) comprising a glycine-N,N-diacetic acid or its salt represented by formula I (wherein R is a 1-18C alkyl or alkenyl; and M is H or a cation) in an amount of 0.5-50wt.% is blended with 0.5-50wt.% nonionic surfactant (b), 1-10wt.% higher fatty acid salt (c) and 20-80wt.% alkalizing agent (d). The cation of component (a) preferably comprises H, Na or K. Examples of component (b) used include a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and a polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether, preferably having an HLB of 8.5 to 13. The component (c) used comprises a salt of a fatty acid having alkyl or alkenyl groups with an average number of carbon atoms of 8 to 22, and preferably comprises a sodium or potassium salt thereof. The component (d) used comprises, e.g. a carbonate or bicarbonate, preferably a sodium or potassium (bi)carbonate.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antimicrobial agent composition, having high antimicrobial activities, hardly causing irritation and useful as an antimicrobial agent for fibers, floors, wall, etc., by formulating a specific ammonium salt and an aspartic acid compound therein. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial agent composition comprises (a) an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salt represented by formula I (R is a 12-14C alkyl; X is a halide ion, monohexadecyl phosphoric ester ion, etc.) and (b) an aspartic acid diacetic acid or its salt represented by formula II (R is H or OH; M is H, Na, K, NH4 , etc.). The formulation amounts of the ingredients (a) and (b) in the composition are preferably 2-20wt.% ingredient (a) and 1-15wt.% ingredient (b) at preferably 0.5-5 formulation molar ratio (b)/(a) of both the ingredients.
