    Abstract: Absorbent product of pants-like shape, such as incontinence pants, comprising an elastic waist portion, an absorbent element (5), and a liquidtight outer layer (3) which is intended to enclose the absorbent element on at least that side thereof which faces away from the wearer during use of the article. Said elastic waist portion is made from an elastic first piece (1) which is essentially rectangular and is intended to form the rear portion (8) and side portions (9, 10) of the pants-like product. A second piece (2) forms the front portion (11) and crotch portion (12) of the pants-like product. Said second piece (2) is elongate, and the width thereof is, at least in the crotch portion (12), smaller than the length of the first piece (1). The second piece (2) is arranged with its longitudinal direction at right angles in relation to the longitudinal direction of the first piece and is connected by a first end portion (6) to one longitudinal edge portion (7) of the first piece. One end portion (13) of the first piece is connected to a first side edge portion (14) of the second piece, and the other end portion (15) of the first piece is connected to a second side edge portion (16) of the second piece. The absorbent element (5) is in its entirety arranged on the second piece (2).

    Abstract: A pant shaped garment in the form of a pant diaper (1) or an underpant comprising an outer panty (2) having a rear portion (4) intended to be arranged over the buttocks of a user during use, a front portion (3) intended to be arranged over the belly of a user during use, a crotch portion (5) intended to be arranged in the crotch of the user during use. Further, the garment has a waist opening (14) with a waist edge (13) and two leg openings (16) each being bordered by a leg edge (15) having a front part located generally on the front portion (3) and a rear part located generally on the rear portion (4) and on the crotch portion (5). The rear portion (4) and the front portion (3) are mutually connected in two side joins (12) which run from the waist opening (14) to each leg opening (16). An elongated elastic element (18) is arranged with pre-stretching along the rear part of the leg edge (15) of each leg opening (16). The front portion (3) consists of an elastically extensible material and that the elongated elastic element (18) constricts the rear part of the leg edge (15) and thereby stretches the elastic material along the front part of the leg edge (15) whereby the side joins (12) exhibit a curvature in a direction towards the rear portion (4) and that amount of curvature increases in a direction from the waist opening (14) towards the leg opening (16).

    Abstract: Producto absorbente de conformación similar a pantaloncito, como un pantaloncito para incontinencia, que comprende una porción elástica de cintura, un elemento absorbente (5) y una capa exterior (3) impermeable a los líquidos, la cual está destinada a cerrar al elemento absorbente en al menos aquella cara de la misma que se encuentra más alejada del usuario durante el uso del artículo. Dicha segunda pieza (2) es alargada, siendo el ancho de la misma, al menos en la porción de entrepierna (12), menor que la longitud de la primera pieza (1). La segunda pieza (2) está dispuesta con su dirección longitudinal en ángulo recto con relación a la dirección longitudinal de la primera pieza, estando conectada por una primera porción extrema (6) a una porción de borde longitudinal (7) de la primera pieza. Una porción extrema (13) de la primera pieza está conectada a una primera porción de borde lateral (14) de la segunda pieza, estando la otra porción extrema (15) de la primera pieza conectada a una segunda porción de borde lateral (16) de la segunda pieza.
