Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain excellent operability by providing a hard brake blocking the turning of a supply fuel engaging with the supply reel stand gear and applying the said brake even at the stop mode.

When the pulse drive reaches a prescribed number of revolutions, the loading motor 15 is stopped and the mode is finished.
