    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the response of the tension of a film and to perform measurement with high accuracy, by operating a film tension signal from the signal of the pressure in a pneumatic box detected by a pressure detector and the signal of the film position detected by a position detector. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 during running is supported by two guide rolls 2, 3 arranged at a predetermined interval and a pneumatic box 4 is arranged so as to allow the opening part side walls thereof to respectively approach both peripheral surfaces of two guide rolls 2, 3 and both ends of the film 1' between the rolls 2, 3. A suction blower 5 making the pressure in the pneumatic box 4 negative is connected to the pneumatic box 4. The pressure in the pneumatic box 4 is detected by a pressure detector 8 and the position of the film 1 displaced by the negative pressure due to the suction blower 5 is detected by a position detector 7. Both signals of the pressure detector 8 and the position detector 7 are inputted to an operational processing means 9 to perform operation to obtain a film tension signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure such a roll of a sheetlike work that is stable in the desired hardness, by detecting the ratio of an actual value to an apparent value in winding, while the sheet work while adding a proper extent of compensation to winding tension, surface pressure and/or both in a direction where the value is congruous with the preset value. CONSTITUTION:A value M1 proportionate to a winding apparent value is calculated from a winding core diameter D0 out of a winding core diametral data setter (b) and a winding diameter D out of a winding diametral operational part (a) at an apparent value operational part (c), while a value M0 proportionate to an actual value in winding is calculated by a winding actual value operational part (e) from an output pulse PL of a measuring instrument PGL and thickness data S out of a data setter (d). Next, from these values M1 and M0 the ratio AD of the apparent value to a substantial value in winding is calculated by an AD operational part (f). A desired AD value SAD corresponding to the winding diameter is compared with the ratio AD, and the deviation signal DELTAAD is inputted into a compensation signal generating part (h), and according to the data S and the signal >=AD, a compensation signal is generated at a proper extent in a direction where both values AD and SAD are congrous with each other.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To rationalize a winding operation in a winder for winding a sheetlike article, such as a film, by providing the winder with vaporizing means for vaporizing an adhesive assistant for intensifying the adhesion between the surfaces of a winding core tube and the margin of the sheetlike article to be wound by the core tube, a feed path of the adhesive assistant and adhering means. CONSTITUTION:A winder for winding a sheetlike article comprises the margin of a sheetlike article 2, vaporizing means 10 for vaporizing an adhesive assistant for intensifying the adhesion between the surfaces of said margin and a winding core tube 3, a feed path 14 for feeding the adhesive assistant vaporized by the vaporizing means 10 to a winding position where the article 10 is wound and adhering means 7 for feeding the adhesive assistant fed through the feed path 14 to the surface of the winding core tube 3 and effectively adhering the adhesive assistant to the surface of the winding core tube 3. The adhering means 7 comprise a static pressure chamber, a vapor feed tube for introducing the adhesive assistant to the surface of the winding core tube 3 and a discharge tube for forming a flow in a given direction within the vapor feed tube.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the good winding appearance and to improve the high speed releasing even for a resilient string, by changing the setting of the wind ratio plural times in step during the interval for forming one package at the winding of a string while holding for predetermined time at each level. CONSTITUTION:A fist motor 12 for driving the rotary shaft for winding a string is held at the predetermined winding speed by means of a first control means 14. A second motor 13 for driving the rotary shaft for a string traverse is controlled by a second control means 20 to maintain the wind ratio to the predetermined level. In said control means 20, the rotary speed of the rotary shaft for winding the string detected by first electrical signal generating means (21, 22) and the rotary speed of the rotary shaft for a string traverse detected by second electrical signal generating means (23, 24) are compared by third electrical signal generating means 25 thus to substantially maintian the ratio of the rotation between the rotary shaft for winding the string against the number of the string traverse per unit time to the predetermined plural different levels for the predetermined time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate unfavorable influence of the sensor upon thread winding, by previously setting a control signal for such number of revolutions of spindle as to cancel the change in speed of thread running to be caused by change of package diameter owing to windup of the thread. CONSTITUTION:No.1 windup weight 1 conducts feedback control of the winding speed of thread on the basis of the value of a tension sensor 14 as well as stores in No.1 memory and operation means 16 the control information about the winding speed at the time of one- or several-time package formation to be placed out thereafter, and as control signal to be set previously for said control signal has a function to output the signal for controlling the thread winding speed of No.2 windup weight 2 and a function to control the winding speed of itself through a number-of-revolutions changing means 17. No.2 windup weight 2, on the other hand, receives the previously set control signal of No.1 memory and operation means 16 with No.2 memory and operation means 18 and controls the winding speed through another number-of-revolutions changing means 19. Thus there is no need of using any feedback control mechanism always to lessen the frequency of use of sensor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To set a yarn at a low speed and roll up the yarn at a high speed after setting by arranging a yarn-shifting guide and a pair of staged rollers with small- diameter and large-diameter parts respectively faced between a yarn supply part and a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Between a yarn-supply part and a bobbin 5, a yarn-shifting guide 6 and a pair of staged rollers 1 and 1' with their largediameter part 1a and 1a' and small-diameter parts 1b and 1b' respectively faced are provided. In this construction, for setting a yarn on the bobbin 5, the yarn Y is wound round small-diameter parts 1b and 1b' of staged rollers 1 and 1', and after setting the yarn, the yarn- shifting guide 6 is shifted to wind the yarn Y round large-diameter parts 1a and 1a' of staged rollers 1 and 1'. Thus, the yarn Y can be set at a low speed, and rolled up after setting at a high speed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow highly accurate continuous measurement while stabilizing tension of a thread to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A thread guide 22 and detectors 14X-17X, 14Y-17Y for detecting tension of a thread 1 are disposed, respectively, at positions where the phase in the rotational direction of a detecting bar 10 is shifted, respectively, by 90 deg. but the longitudinal direction of the detecting bar 10 is identical, and at positions where the phase in the rotational direction of the detecting bar 10 is shifted, respectively, by 90 deg. and the longitudinal direction of the detecting bar 10 is also different. The thread guide 22 and the detectors 14X-17X and 14Y-17Y are then rotated and detection signals from the detectors 14X-17X, 14Y-17Y are converted at electronic processing sections 18, 19 into alternating signals. The alternating signals are subjected to sensitivity regulation such that sensitivity for tension is equalized while equalizing force elements other than tension. It is then subjected to vector operation at a signal processing section 25 and demodulated to an unalternating tension signal T thus determining tension of the thread 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality roll product without wrinkles by disposing a bar provided with a pressure reducing chamber and a sucking port, and adsorbing a film to the bar so that the film can be cut in a tense manner without slackening and sticked to a new take-up core. CONSTITUTION:A take-up portion 1 in a film slitter is adapted to roll a film 2 cut to a fixed width round take-up cores 8 mounted on left and right take-up arms 7, and when the core 8 is rolled up, the film 2 is taken up on another roll by operation of a through bar 11. In this case, the through bar 11 has both ends supported on a switch arm 13, and is rotated by a motor. The through bar 11 has two suction paths 18, 19 as pressure reducing chambers axially extended in a space between pipes 16, 17 double-circular in section, and a plurality of suction ports 20, 21 are disposed axially in such a manner as to communicate with the respective suction paths 18, 19. Further, there is provided a groove 22 axially extended between the suction ports 20, 21, so that a cutting edge 23 moved by air pressure can be projected.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an edge winding-up section from recklessly running, and as well to prevent bad affection to wound-up articles, by providing such an arrangement that a detecting means detects breakage of the edge when the edge is cut off, and a detection signal from the detecting means causes the drive of a slitter to be stopped. CONSTITUTION:A control device 9 compares the winding-up speed of an edge with a signal from a rotational speed detector 13, indicating the winding-up speed of the edge, and therefore, the breakage of the edge 3 is detected when the rotational speed of an edge winding-up roll 5 becomes greater than, by a predetermined amount, the conveying speed of a sheet-like material, that is, the edge is cut off. A signal 10 is delivered to a drive control device 11 which therefore stops the drive of the slitter. Accordingly, the reckless running of the edge winding-up roll 5 may be beforehand prevented, and therefore, no broken edges are wound up, in a large amount, onto a press-contact roll 6 and/or a carrier roll 12.
