    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a coated fabric excellent in adhesion to coating films without any migrating properties of a dye by irradiating a polyester textile fabric with ultraviolet rays, then dyeing the resultant fabric with a disperse dye and subsequently subjecting the fabric to coating processing. CONSTITUTION:A polyester textile fabric is irradiated with ultraviolet rays at >=300nm wavelength and dyed with a disperse dye or initially dyed with the disperse dye, subsequently irradiated with the ultraviolet rays and then subjected to coating processing with preferably a polyurethane-based, a polyacrylic, a polyvinyl chloride-based, a polyvinyl acetate-based resin, etc., to afford the objective coated fabric good in adhesion of fiber to a coating film and excellent in properties of preventing the dye from migrating.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fibrous structural material having dye-bleed resistance by treating a dyed polyester-based fiber using a disperse dye with low temperature plasma in a polymerizable gaseous atmosphere, forming a polymer film and subsequently treating the fiber with low temperature plasma in a non-polymerizable gaseous atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A polyester-based fiber dyed with a disperse dye is treated with low temperature plasma in an atmosphere of a polymerizable gas and a polymer film is formed on the surface of the fiber. The fiber is subsequently treated with low temperature plasma in an atmosphere of a non-polymerizable gas and the above-mentioned polymer film is crosslinked, thus obtaining the objective polyester-based fiber-structured material having especially a dye-bleed resistance. A hydrocarbon gas such as ethane or ethylene, a fluorine-containing gas such as C2F4 or C2F6 or a silane gas such as vinyltrimethoxysilane is used as the polymerizable gas and Ar, H2, He, air, water vapor, etc., as the non- polymerizable gas.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accomplish the title finish in high efficiency with minimum lot in a short time, by fixing piecelike cloths or textile products afforded with dye on a rotating endless belt to continuously carry out color development, soaping and drying. CONSTITUTION:Piecelike cloths or textile products (e.g., handkerchieves, towels, scarfs) afforded with dye are fixed, using e.g. sewing threads, on an endless belt continuously rotating through a color-developing treatment zone, soaping treatment zone and drying zone, and heat-treated and then subjected to color development followed by spraying said products with a cleaning solution and soaping, then drying in the drying zone, thus accomplishing the objective finish in high efficiency with no crease developed. The above-mentioned process enables ready, continuous treatment of a minimum lot of said products using a miniaturized equipment. Said belt is made of e.g. metallic mesh, thus being liquid-permeable.
