    Abstract: PURPOSE:To supply a proper amount of a washing solution to the surface of a cylinder and to prevent the contamination of the washing solution in a liquid tank, by arranging a washing solution supply roller and a suck-up roller so as to provide an interval sufficiently minute to connect both rollers by the surface tension of the washing solution. CONSTITUTION:A suck-up roller 1804 and a solvent applying roller 1803 are arranged so as to provide an interval (d) sufficiently minute to connect both rollers by the surface tension of a washing solution. Therefore, a part of the washing solution drawn up corresponding to the rotation of the suck-up roller 1804 is transferred from the peripheral surface of the roller 1804 to the peripheral surface of the roller 1803 to form a liquid film having a uniform thickness and uniformly supplied to the entire surface of a blanket cylinder 2 therefrom. Because the roller 1803 is intermittently contacted with the cylinder 2 during the washing of the cylinder 2, the residual ink on the cylinder 2 is adhered to the surface of the roller 1803. However, the ink adhered to the roller 1803 is not directly mixed in the washing solution in a liquid tank 1805 by the action of the minute interval (d) and, because the mixing amount can be also suppressed to a lower degree by the adjustment of the interval (d), the contamination of the washing solution in the liquid tank is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance washing effect, by uniformly supplying a proper amount of a washing solution to the entire surface of a cylinder at once and efficiently wiping the surface of the cylinder wetted with the washing solution. CONSTITUTION:During the wiping of a blanket cylinder 2 with a web 1905, a washing solution is intermittently supplied to a part of the periphery of the cylinder 2 at the beginning of each rotation of the cylinder 2 while the contact time of a solvent applying roller 1803 with the cylinder 2 is controlled. By this mechanism, a proper supply amount of the washing solution is always kept. The web 1905 is contacted with the cylinder 2 and a web take-up motor is intermittently driven at the beginning of each rotation and the web 1905 is taken up by a take-up roller 1904 while intermittently sent. Therefore, the web 1905 is renewed over a proper length at every one rotation of the cylinder 2 and the surface of the cylinder 2 is wipen with the web 1905 not contaminated always. At the time of the final rotation of the cylinder 2, dry wiping with the web 1905 is performed without supplying the washing solution to wipe off the residual washing solution on the surface of the cylinder 2 and, after drying, the web is separated from the cylinder 2.

By adjusting the gap between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode by the adjusting means, corona discharge is generated between the main electrode and the film and corona discharge is uniformly generated between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode to manufacture the film at a high speed.

The distance between the device 1 or the device 2 and the cast surface can be kept/controlled at a desired value so that the resin film can be produced stably. Moreover, when the device 1 or the device 2 approaches the cast surface abnormally, by the automatic sheltering of the device 1 or the device 2, the cast surface can be prevented from being hurt in advance to achieve the improvement in the productivity of the film.

Hereby, the extreme end part of a supplied film is surely sucked onto the belts, and it can be carried in the prescribed direction stably and smoothly.

Further, means for regulating gas injecting directions and gas injecting positions are respectively provided at the tube 5, 6. They are regulators 18, 19 at least movable in a uniaxial direction. Thus, air entraining is suppressed to stabilize a film formation, and quality and film forming velocity of the film 3 are improved to raise its productivity.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the depositing cycle time to a film and to improve the working rate of the deposition by feeding margin forming oil via a deaerating tank provided in a vacuum chamber. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a deaerating tank 20 provided in a vacuum chamber 1, a stirring mechanism 40 for oil in the tank 20 and an oil feeding mechanism 30 from the outside of the chamber 1 to the deaerating tank 20. As for the operation, at first, a prescribed amt. of oil (b) is charged to the deaerating tank 20, and, in a state in which valves 24, 25 and 32 are closed, pressure decrease in the chamber 1 for deposition is started. In the process of the pressure decrease, the valve 24 is opened, furthermore, the valve 25 is opened to flow down the oil (b) in the deaerating tank 20, and the valve 25 is closed. After the completion of the pressure decrease, simultaneously with the start of deposition, new oil (b) is introduced into the deaerating tank from a head tank 31, and at the point of time when it reaches the prescribed amt., the valve 32 is closed, and by utilizing stirring by the stirring mechanism 40 and the pressure decrease in the chamber 1, deaerating is promoted. The valve 24 is closed in the stage of completing the deaeration, and it is taken over to the following depositing cycle.
