Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity remarkably, to prevent the lowering of a yield due to a defective measurement precision, and to improve quality by installing a specified number of means which distribute a resin to discharge openings and regulate the volume variably at the tip of a screw housing cylinder. SOLUTION: A distribution die 3 for distributing a resin to discharge openings is connected to the tip of the screw housing cylinder of a kneading extruder 1. A molten resin composition is injected into one or more means for regulating the volume variably through the die 3 and measured. The measured molten resin is supplied to tablet molding dies 5a, 5b having one or more cavities. The composition, after being pressure-molded, is cooled and ejected upward by an ejecting plunger pestle 12, and high-quality tablets 14 are discharged. In this way, productivity is improved remarkably, the lowering of a yield due to a defective measuring precision is prevented, and the high-quality tablets 14 can be produced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely catch the extreme and of a supplied film and thereafter carry it in a prescribed direction stably and smoothly by comprising pressure reducing chambers provided so as to sandwich belts having a plurality of pressure reducing sucking holes and oppose to a film in a pressure reducing sucking means, and making the degree of pressure reduction of the pressure reducing chambers adjustable. SOLUTION: This carrying device 45 for film is provided with belts 46, 47 going around the running direction of a film and having a plurality of pressure reducing sucking holes 48, and a pressure reducing sucking means having pressure reducing chambers 49a-49c, 50a-50c provided so as to sandwich the belts 46, 47 and oppose to the film. The pressure reducing sucking means can adjust the degree of pressure reduction of the pressure reducing chambers 49a-49c, 50a-50c. Hereby, the extreme end part of a supplied film is surely sucked onto the belts, and it can be carried in the prescribed direction stably and smoothly.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity while assuring stable physical properties of a product and to maintain a production yield and a shape accuracy at high levels by continuously melting a resin, simultaneously supplying and filling a molten resin composition to and in one or a plurality of cavities, and sequentially conveying the compositions. SOLUTION: A resin composition is kneaded while heating and melting the composition in a kneading extruder 1, cast and filled in a mold 4 capable of changing a length of a round bar by a sealing member movable in the cavity from a mouth 3, and a completion of charging and metering is sensed from a discharging pressure of the extruder 1 by a pressure gage 2. Composition discharging is suppressed by the completion. A mold 4a is moved to a position of a discharging port of the mouth 3, conveyed to a molding machine 5a by a conveyor unit 10, and pressurized and cooled by a pressurizing member 7 of a hydraulic cylinder 6. The molten composition after the pressurizing and cooling is lifted by a lifting member 9 of a hydraulic cylinder 8 to recover a resin molding. Thus, stable physical properties of the product are assured, high productivity and a high yield are maintained, and a shape accuracy can be enhanced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate speedup and the saving of a space and to perform stretching by setting the product part and edge parts of the film to uniform temp. by heating the plastic film to temp. higher than preheating temp. necessary for raising the temp. of the film to objective stretching temp. SOLUTION: A plastic film 1 is fed from the upstream side in the feed direction of the plastic film 1 to the downstream side thereof through preheating rolls 2-6 equipped with heat treatment devices to be raised in its temp. to an objective stretching temp. When the temp. before the preheating of the film 1 is rapidly raised to the objective stretching temp. from 80 deg.C, for example, to a temp. of 110 deg.C, the set temp. of the preheating roll on the upstream side in the feed direction of the plastic film 1 is set to temp. higher than the objective set temp. For example, the temp. of a product part is raised to temp. higher than the objective stretching temp., for example, by 3 deg.C and the edge part of the film is rapidly raised in temp. and, thereafter, the temp. of the preheating roll is set to the objective set temp. to eliminate the temp. difference between the product part and the edge part at a time of stretching.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To save the resin consumption and prevent the resin stagnant in the interior of a die from changing with time by a method wherein molten resin is extruded through a slit gap under the condition that a deckel, which is thinner than the slit gap, is interposed at one end part of the slit gap of a die. CONSTITUTION:A die 1 is equipped with the lead-in port 2 of molten resin, a flow path part for spreading molten resin breadthwise and a slit gap 4, through which spread molten resin is extruded into sheet-like matter. Further, under the condition that at least one end part of the slit gap 4 of the die 1, a deckel 5, the thickness of which is thinner than that of the slit gap 4, is interposed, molten resin is extruded through the slit gap 4. Thus, sheet-like matter 12, the thickness of at least one end part of which is made to be thinner than that of the portion except the one end part just mentioned above, is extruded. Next, by cutting off the sheet-like matter 12 in the portion, which excludes the above-mentioned one end part, to a specific breadth with cutters 10a and 10b, the sheet-like matter is obtained.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a granular material excellent in measuring accuracy and generating a few amount of a fine powder with improved productivity while maintaining stable resin characteristics by setting a grain size within a specific range and a variation of its bulk density within a specific range. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin granular material is obtained by granulating a molten resin composition kept in a fluid state, cooling and solidifying it, and has a particle size ranging from 0.5 to 5 mm and a variation of its bulk density within ±10%. A thermosetting resin component such as an epoxy resin, a curing agent component such as a phenol novolak resin and 60-95 wt.% of an inorganic filler such as crystalline silica are compounded to give a resin composition. The resin composition is thrown into a kneader 1 and melt-kneaded and discharged by an extruding force of a screw 3 from a discharge opening 4 onto a cooling belt apparatus 5. It is passed between the cooling belts, stretched into a plate, cut into a prescribed size, through into a granulating apparatus 7 equipped with a base part rotating blade 8, a side part rotating blade 9 and a cooling jacket 10 and subjected to a treatment to give resin granules from a takeout opening 11 of resin granules.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly pass a film to a tenter even in the case of a high speed production and to reduce a scrap generation amount by passing the film to the tenter at a lower speed than a predetermined speed at an inlet of the tenter at the time of producing. SOLUTION: A uniaxially oriented film 11 is passed through a film feeding direction switching means 12, then introduced into a tenter 13, preheated in the tenter 13, and then laterally oriented to form a biaxially oriented film 14. A suction belt 45 is provided as a film conveying means for guiding the film 11 to a film grasping position 44 of the tenter 13 at an inlet of the tenter 13. The film 11 is grasped by a clip 46. In this case, a speed of the tenter 13 is set to a normal production speed at the inlet of the tenter 13, i.e., not higher speed than a predetermined speed. Then, a take-up unit or a winder is started at the same speed as a film passing speed at the tenter 13, and the film from the tenter 13 is wound by the take-up unit or the winder.
