Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for measuring optical properties of a LED(Light Emitting Diode) package is provided to enhance the efficiency of measuring optical properties of a LED package by measuring the optical properties of each LED packages inside a LED package array before a singularization process dividing the LED package into items. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring optical properties of a LED package comprises an light detection unit(10), a seating unit(30), and a voltage applying unit(20). The light detecting unit detects output lights of the LED package so that optical properties with respect to each LED package inside a LED package array where a plurality of the LED packages is arranged. The seating unit fixes the LED package array when measuring the optical properties. The voltage applying unit applies driving voltage to the each LED package when measuring the optical properties.

A cuvette comprising at least one insert with two measuring surfaces, wherein the insert is a measurement tip, which has the two measuring surfaces on one end, which is distanced from another end of the measuring tip, and an adapter for insertion in a cuvette shaft of an optical measuring device and means of insert and adapter for releasably holding the at least one insert in the adapter with the measuring surfaces at a separation distance from each other for the positioning of a sample between the measuring surfaces in a beam path of the optical measuring device passing through the cuvette shaft.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sample and reference data from being scattered by improving the ease of use of a standard surface sample, such as a white plate. SOLUTION: In a standard color sample 6 for giving reference data to a colorimeter, a sample section 51 for giving actually measured data by performing colorimetry by the colorimeter 5, a storage medium 52 for storing identification data for identifying the type of the sample section 51, reference data corresponding to the optical characteristics of the sample section, and date data for indicating the date when the reference data are acquired, and an interfacing means 53 for sending data stored at the storage medium 52 to the colorimeter are provided integrally. PURPOSE: A sample mounting device for analyzing a small amount of samples and an analyzing method are provided to easily measure and analyze a large amount and a small amount of the samples and to improve efficiency and economical efficiency by precisely measuring and analyzing the samples without optical attenuation. CONSTITUTION: A sample mounting device for analyzing a small amount of samples includes a sample mounting unit and a rotating unit (2) rotating the samples. The sample mounting unit includes a first holder (3), a second holder (4), and a joining unit (7). The first holder includes a sample unit bottom plate in which the samples are loaded. The second holder includes a sample unit top plate in contact with the samples. The joining unit joins the first and second holders while the first and second holders adhere to the samples. The rotating unit rotates the sample mounting unit and includes a front supporter (11), a rear supporter (12), and a rotary shaft (13).
