    Abstract: Disclosed is a cleaner. The cleaner according to an embodiment includes a main body, a suction device configured to suck dust outside the cleaner, a dust detection sensor including a light emitting element and a light receiving element disposed adjacent to the suction device, a dust container configured to store sucked dust through the suction device, and a processor configured to identify a dust inflow state and a dust amount of the dust container based on a voltage value output from the light receiving element, and control an operation of the cleaner based on the identified dust inflow state and dust amount, wherein the light emitting element and the light receiving element are disposed at an outside of the dust container in a direction toward an inlet of the dust container.

    Abstract: A debris collecting base station cooperates with the cleaning robot. The cleaning robot has a debris outlet for discharging debris. The debris collecting base station includes a base, a debris collecting device, a first communication component and a microcontroller. The base has a debris intake passageway. One end of the debris intake passageway pneumatically interfaces with the debris outlet, the debris collecting device is mounted on the base and is communicated with the end of the debris intake passageway away from the debris outlet. The microcontroller is electrically connected to the first communication component and the debris collecting device, which controls the first communication component to send and receive interactive signals with the cleaning robot and controls working modes of the debris collecting base station based on the interactive signals.

    Abstract: A docking station for a vacuum cleaner has a first stage momentum separator which has a plurality of walls comprising an upper wall, a lower wall, and a first sidewall, wherein the first sidewall comprises a first side screen which comprises an air outlet of the momentum separator. A first air flow chamber is located between a first end wall, which is spaced from and faces the first side screen, and the first side screen. A second stage separator, which comprising at least one cyclone, is provided downstream from the first air flow chamber. In operation, air exits the momentum separator through the first side screen and travels through the first air flow chamber to the at least one cyclone.
