Abstract:
PURPOSE: A microorganism preparation as a feed additive and a producing method thereof are provided, thereby cheaply producing the microorganism preparation which can facilitate fattening and digestion of livestock. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism preparation YFA-3(KCTC 0408BP) comprises Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus oryzae. The method for producing the microorganism preparation YFA-3(KCTC 0408BP) comprises the steps of: seed cultivating Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus plantarum in a medium; inoculating the cultivated strains into a fermenter containing a growth medium and cultivating it; seed cultivating Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus oryzae in a fungi medium; inoculating the cultivated strains into a fermenter containing a growth medium and cultivating it; and mixing the cultivated Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus oryzae.

PURPOSE: An electrode structure for a semiconductor memory device is provided to be used as a lower electrode and a barrier layer for a stack of a dielectric layer and a polysilicon layer, by maintaining a stable interface state at a high temperature, and by controlling a formation of a silicide layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrode structure for a semiconductor memory device comprises a silicon-series material(21), a ruthenium layer(23) and a platinum layer(25). The silicon-series material is polysilicon, oxidation silicon or silicon. The ruthenium layer(Ru) is evaporated on the surface of the silicon-series material. The platinum layer(Pt) is evaporated on the surface of the ruthenium layer.

PURPOSE: Zygomycetes, Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain is provided which is used as plant growth promoter and plant disease repressor. CONSTITUTION: Zygomycetes, Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain(trust number: KCTC 8933P) and their use as plant growth promoter and disease repressor are provided which are characterized by comprising the following steps of:(i)culturing Zygorhynchus moelleri PF-425 strain in potato dextrose agar medium at 25-27°C for 5-7 days; (ii)inoculating a section of colony in peat moss-barley mixed medium; (iii)culturing the above thing at 25°C for 15 days and drying in the shade; (iv)applying it to a crop by mixing with soil (5%, volume ratio).

자체 연소 반응법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)을 이용하여 산화텅스텐(WO 3 )과 아연(Zn)으로부터 고순도 텅스텐(W) 분말을 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산화텅스텐(WO 3 )과 아연(Zn)을 1:(2∼5)의 몰비로 혼합한 후, 4∼14t의 성형 압력을 가하여 압축시켜서 펠렛을 형성한다. 다음에는, 펠렛을 자체 연소 반응기 내로 장입하여 아르곤(Ar) 가스 분위기하의 자체 연소 반응기 내에서 0.5∼2.5MPa의 압력을 가하면서 점화·연소시킨다. 그 결과로서 생성된 연소 생성물을 자체 연소 반응기로부터 취출하여 약 10∼20% 희석시킨 염산(HCl)을 이용하여 침출시킨다. 그런 후에는, 거름종이를 이용하여 침출물을 여과시키고, 여과물을 세척하여 텅스텐(W)을 얻는다. 이렇게 얻은 순수 텅스텐(W)은 99.948% 이상의 고순도를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A method is provided to obtain an anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet having superior magnetic characteristics through a single stage hot deformation process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anisotropic NdFeB permanent magnet is characterized in that an anisotropic NdFeB magnet powder is mixed with zinc(Zn) or aluminum(Al) as an additive. A single stage hot deformation process is adopted, and 0.2 to 1 weight percent zinc of 2 micron meter or lower, or 0.2 to 1 weight percent aluminum with respect to the anisotropic NdFeB magnet powder 100g is added to the NdFeB magnet powder. The additive is added individually, or 0.2 to 2 weight percent mixture of Zn and Al(wherein the weight ratio of Zn:Al is 2:1 to 2:3) is added.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a brassier by adopting a three dimensional measurement manner and a brassiere are provided to manufacture various patterns of brassieres in consideration of various conditions such as age, taste, the shape of woman's breast, and the like thus securing comfortable wearing. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a brassiere comprises the steps of: obtaining three dimensional curved surface data about the woman's breast; sectionalizing a portion corresponding to a lower side cup(20) of the brassiere with triangular replicas(10); forming plural different patterns for the lower side cup by combining the replicas in a plane; manufacturing the lower side cup by selecting one of the patterns; forming an upper cup corresponding to the lower cup and coupling the upper and lower cups; and manufacturing a coupling member adapted to attach the upper and lower cups to the woman's breast and attaching it to the upper or lower cup.
