SOLUTION: The 48th Hadamard code generating circuit is made up of a 2-bit counter 24 that generates 4th Hadamard codes in low-order 2-bit, a 4-bit counter 21 that is operated by a carry output of the 2-bit counter 24 and produces a high-order Paley code having 12 states, a 6-bit reference counter 25 having 48 states by external reset, a 6-bit register 26 that stores an index value, and an exclusive OR gate 30 that exclusively Ors the high-order 12 Palye code and the 4th Hadamard code in the low-order 2-bit to produce the final 48th Hadamard code.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate various characteristics simultaneously by integrating testers for various characteristics thereby enhancing the efficiency of the tester. SOLUTION: The tester comprises a rotary section 101 being driven through a motor such that a tensile test, a bending test and a strain test can be carried out, a control section 103 fixed to one side of the rotary section 101 and controlling the speed and the number of times of test being carried out, and an impact test section 102 fixed to the opposite side of the rotary section 101 and performing an impact test by falling a test piece while adjusting the height thereof freely. Since the tester evaluates the tensile characteristics, the bending characteristics, the strain characteristics, the impact characteristics, and the like, simultaneously, the measuring time can be shortened while reducing the labor and the mechanical characteristics can be evaluated efficiently and economically. Consequently, the mechanical characteristics can be evaluated accurately and reliably using a precisely manufactured tester.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offset the unbalanced distribution of light in the longitudinal direction of a resonator by modulating the gain of an active area in the longitudinal direction in the same period as that of ion implantation by means of an ion- implanted area. SOLUTION: After ions are implanted into an area by using an insulating film and a photoresist as a mask and the photoresist and insulating film are removed, the front and rear surfaces of an element are coated with Si3 N4 insulating films and the insulting films are heat-treated at a high temperature so as to insulate the ion-implanted area. Then secondary crystal growth is performed in the order of a GaInP clad layer 17, a GaInAsP buffer layer 18, and GaAs 19 for forming ohmic contact. Then, after the insulating films are removed, the entire surfaces of etched ridges are coated with Si3 N4 , etc., and, after forming current injecting ports at the upper ends of the ridges, p-side electrodes 22 are formed by vapor deposition. Therefore, the gain of an active layer in the longitudinal direction can be modulated in the same period as that of the ion implantation by means of the ion-implanted area.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost circuit by operating a negotiation violation detection circuit for virtual connection to pertinent connection for which the cell of a specified connection is inputted. Then, an output cell filtering means 7 receives a negotiation violation result in the input, is connected to a CPU matching means 2 while receiving cell data from a second storage means 6 for storing cell data to the input, controls abandonment and tag operations as a measure for a negotiation violation and outputs the reception, the abandonment and the tag to the cell counting means 3.
