Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating colon cancers which includes stichopus extracts is provided to prevent side effects by including stichopus extracts as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating colon cancers which includes stichopus extracts or fractions thereof. The Stichopus is a body wall or internal organs of the Stichopus. The Stichopus fractions are chloroform fraction, hexane fraction, ethylacetate fraction or butanol fraction. The concentration of the Stichopus extracts or the fractions is 0.1-0.4 mg/mL. The Stichopus extracts or the fractions are obtained by the following steps: extracting by adding 80% methanol to stichopus and vacuumed drying thereof; dissolving the dried extract in water and partitioning thereof with chloroform; and vacuum drying the fractions. Abstract: 본 발명은 오징어육의 효소분해에 의한 콜레스테롤 저하용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 전처리된 오징어육에 단백질분해효소(alcalase)를 첨가하여 오징어육을 가수분해시킨 후, 분리하여 액상, 고상 또는 분말상으로 하여 동물실험을 통하여 오징어육 효소분해물의 콜레스테롤 저하 효과를 측정하는 단계로 구성되는 혈중 콜레스테롤 저하용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 오징어육 효소분해물은 오징어의 내장을 분리한 오징어 육을 수세 및 탈수하는 전처리공정(1), 오징어육을 가열 및 호화하는 열처리하는 공정(2), 열처리된 오징어육을 마쇄하는 공정(3), 오징어육에 효소를 첨가하여 가수분해시키는 공정(4), 가수분해물의 분리 공정(5)으로 구성된 오징어육의 효소분해물을 이용하는 콜레스테롤 저하용 조성물이다.
본 발명은 2009년 4월 1일자로 대한민국특허청에 특허출원한 오징어육의 효소분해에 의한 기능성소재 및 그 제조방법(특허출원번호 10-2009-0028165)의 새로운 용도와 관련된 발명이다.
본 발명은 오징어육에 가열·호화공정을 채택함으로써 종래 보다 효소 가수분해공정을 개선하여 오징어육이 단백분해효소에 의하여 저분자량의 펩타이드로 잘 분해되어 혈중 콜레스테롤 저하에 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A natural seasoning containing by-products obtained from processed cuttlefish, and a preparation method thereof are provided to utilize a cuttlefish internal organ as a food material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a natural seasoning containing by-products obtained from processed cuttlefish comprises the following steps of: washing cuttlefish internal organs and dehydrating them; grinding the cuttlefish internal organs; mixing water, koji, salt, and ground cuttlefish internal organs at a ratio of 0.3:0.05:0.05-0.15:1; fermenting the mixture at 17~23°C for 2-5 weeks; sterilizing the mixture at 100°C for 10 minutes, and freeze-drying and grinding the mixture; and mixing the 30g mixture, 5-20g salt, 5g nucleic acid, 10g glucose, 5g red pepper powder, 3g soybean paste powder, 1g onion powder, 0.5g ginger powder, and 2g garlic powder.

Abstract: Collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish is provided to inhibit environmental pollution by reusing the by-products of processed cuttlefish, improve safety of use by eliminating infection risk of animal disease, improve extraction convenience, and maintain identical functionality of a mask pack containing the cuttlefish skin collagen to the conventional mask pack. A method for preparing collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish comprises the steps of: washing the outer skin of cuttlefish with water, and pulverizing it in water; centrifuging the pulverized product and collecting the precipitates; adding 0.1N NaOH into the precipitates and agitating the mixture at 4 deg. C for 24 hours; and centrifuging the agitated mixture, and neutralizing and freeze-drying the precipitates. A cosmetic mask pack comprises 5.0-20.0 wt.% of the collagen extracted from outer skin of cuttlefish.

Abstract: A separation method of protease inhibitor derived from Liparis tanakai eggs is provided to reduce the purification time and improve purification yield by simplifying the purification process into one step by using CNBr(cyanogens bromide)-activating sepharose 4B-papain affinity column, and inhibit heat-resistant protease causing quality lowering of fish meat. A separation method of protease inhibitor derived from Liparis tanakai eggs comprises the steps of: homogenizing Liparis tanakai eggs in sodium phosphate buffer A(pH 7.0) containing NaCl, EDTA(ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) and 2-mercaptoethanol; centrifuging the solution to remove homogenized suspension; culturing the supernatant at 80 deg.C for 10 minutes, cooling to room temperature and centrifuging it at 10,000g for 25 minutes; fractionating the extract with ammonium sulfite; dissolving precipitated fraction in buffer A and dialyzing the solution with sodium acetate buffer B(pH 5.5) containing NaCl, NaCl, EDTA and 2-mercaptoethanol for overnight; subjecting the dialyzed fraction to the CM sepharose column using NaCl gradient; dialyzing big fractions with sodium phosphate buffer C(pH 7.5) containing NaCl, NaCl, EDTA and 2-mercaptoethanol; ultracentrifuging the fractions with a 10-kDa membrane; subjecting the concentration to the sephacryl column to obtain the crude extract; washing aliquot of the CNBr-activating sepharose 4B column and swelling it on a glass filter with HCl to prepare gel; mixing the gel with solution containing papain in coupling buffer(pH 8.3) containing NaHCO3 and NaCl and stirring it at 4 deg.C for overnight; adding the gel into a blocking agent(pH 8.0) containing glycine and stirring at 4 deg.C for overnight; washing the gel with acetate buffer(pH 4.0) containing NaCl and coupling buffer, sequentially; pouring the gel into the column having equilibrium with buffer A; passing aliquot of Liparis tanakai egg crude extract through the affinity chromatography and washing it with buffer A; and eluting trisodium phosphate buffer(pH 10) containing NaCl to the affinity chromatography in a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.
