    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an undercover for containing glass bubbles using an inline compounding method is provided to manufacture an undercover with excellent mechanical properties under a same weight condition by reducing the number of processes, decreasing the crushing rate of a glass fiber, and mixing glass bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an undercover for containing glass bubbles using an inline compounding method comprises the following steps: injecting base materials into an extruder for melting and mixing to extrude a mixed resin; and transferring the mixed resin as being melted to injection-mold. The base materials are made of a plastic polymer, a glass fiber, a glass bubble master batch, compatibilization agents, and rubber. The plastic polymer is made of polypropylene.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A headlight control system of a vehicle is provided to secure front sight of an operator by selectively supplying an operating power source to a lamp according to an illumination control signal. CONSTITUTION: A lamp part(40) comprises a first lamp and a second lamp. The first lamp fixes a scanning direction of a beam. The second lamp changes the scanning direction of the beam according to a dynamic bending function of an adaptive headlight system. A control unit(10) outputs an illumination control signal from the adaptive headlight system. Beam control parts(20,30) selectively supply an operating power source to the first lamp and the second lamp according to the illumination control signal.
