The present invention relates to a peptide representing serine protease inhibition activity and firstly separated from Fenneropenaeus chinensis, and proved anti-trypsin activity and anticoagulant activity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a novel serine protease inhibitor is separated from Fenneropenaeus chinensis and identified, and the present invention proves effects of anti-trypsin activity and anticoagulant activity thereof, thereby efficiently applying the same as an active ingredient of anticoagulants. CONSTITUTION: A Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1(KACC91577) is able to decompose polybutylene succinate(PBS). A Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2(KACC91578) is able to decompose PBS. A composition for decomposing PBS contains the Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1 or Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2. A method for decomposing PBS comprises a step of treating the Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1 or Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2 to PBS. Waste fishing gear contains PBS.

CONSTITUTION: An expression vector for improving soluble expression and secretion of an active protein in which a membrane potential domain is folded contains: a promoter; and a gene construct which is operatively linked to the promoter and contains a polynucleotide encoding a leader polypeptide. PURPOSE: A novel gene encoding Paralichthys olivaceus-derived antibacterial peptide, bea-defensin is provided to ensure pivotal immune response function and to be used in developing natural antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A Paralichthys olivaceus-derived antibacterial polypeptide comprises: a polypeptide encoded by cDNA having one of nucleic acid sequence among sequence numbers 1-5; a polypeptide encoded by gDNA having one of nucleic acid among sequence numbers 6-10; or a polypeptide having one of amino acid sequence among sequence numbers 11-15. The antibacterial polypeptide is anionic. Antibiotics or feed additives contain the antibacterial polypeptide, mutant thereof, or active fragment thereof as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: Phytase derived from Citrobacter braakii is provided, which phytase can be used in domestic animal feed because it has improved enzyme activity, cannot be decomposed in the stomach and intestines because it has tolerance to hydrolase. CONSTITUTION: The phytase derived from Citrobacter braakii has the following properties: (a) 47 kDa of molecular weight on SDS-PAGE, (b) pH 3.5 to 4.5 of optimal pH, (c) 45 to 55 deg. C of optimal temperature, (d) substrate specificity wherein the substrates are phytate, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, ATP or ADP, (e) 3.5 to 0.5 mM of Michaelis constant when the substrate is phytate, and (f) high tolerance to a protein decomposing enzyme selected from pepsin, trypsin, papain, elastase and pancreatin, wherein the phytase comprises the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2 in the N-terminal. A gene encoding the phytase derived from Citrobacter braakii has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6. A phytase producing Citrobacter braakii YH-15(KCCM 10427) is provided.
