Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sprouted embryo is provided to increase the contents of various nutrients, GABA including free amino acid, isoflavone and the likes by isolating the bean embryo from soy seeds and sprouting the isolated bean embryo. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sprouted embryo comprises the following steps: drying raw bean in a hot air dryer at 35°C for 72 hours; crushing the bean seeds using a soybean dehulling machine; isolating the embryo by using a 2.36mm, 2.0mm, 1.18mm sieve; sprouting the isolated embryo using approximately 20°C of water for 20-24 hours and manufacturing sprouted embryo with enhanced nutritional functions and bioactive substances; collecting the sprouted embryo and boiling for 20 minutes by steam; and hot air drying or freeze-drying the steamed embryo. The bioactive substances are free amino acid and gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA). The bioactive substances are isoflavone, genistein, glycitein, and daidzein. Abstract:
본 발명은 바구미 저항성 녹두를 판별할 수 있는 분자표지에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 17로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2개의 염기서열을 갖는 바구미 저항성 녹두 판별용 프라이머쌍, 이를 이용한 판별 방법 및 판별용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 분자마커를 이용하는 경우, 바구미 저항성 녹두 품종을 정확하게 판별할 수 있으며, 교배 육종 과정에서 쉽게 바구미 저항성 녹두를 판별할 수 있어 효율성이 향상되며, 품종을 개량하는데 있어서 육성세대를 단축하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for producing germinated soybeans transformed using a recombinant expression vector is provided to enable tocotrienol synthesis and to enhance vitamin E content. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing germinated soybeans with enhanced tocotrienol and vitamin E content comprises: a step of transforming a recombinant vector containing a promoter and a polynucleotide of sequence number 1 into soybeans and germinating the transformed soybeans for 20-35°C for 1-7 days. The promoter is a beta-conglycine, vicilin, globulin, cauliflower mosaic virus(CaMY) 35S promoter, figwort mosaic virus 35S promoter, sugarcane bacilliform virus promoter, Commelina yellow mottle vitus promoter, light-inducible prooter from ribulose-1,5-bis-phosphate carboxylase subunit(ssRUBISCO), adenine phosphoribosyltransferase(APRT) promoter from Arabidopsis, rice actin 1 gene promoter, or mannopine syntase and octopine syntase prmoter.

PURPOSE: A recombinant expression vector containing a polynucleotide encoding a tocotrienol biosynthesis-related enzyme is provided to prepare a transformant of high concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for tocotrienol biosynthesis contains a promoter and a polynucleotide of sequence number 1 which is operatively linked to the promoter. The vector is pMJC-GGB-HGGT or pMJ-35S-HGGT. The recombinant vector prepares a transformed cell. The transformed cells are Agrobacterium tumefacience or Agrobacterium rhizogenes. A transgenic plant cell is prepared by introducing the recombinant vector and produces vitamin E of high concentration.

PURPOSE: A rice stripe virus resistant transgenic rice plant is provided to express RSV-CP-SW gene in a sense direction and anti-sense direction and to obtain dsRNA. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transforming a plant, pANDA-RSV-CP-SW contains a coat protein gene of rice stripe virus of sequence number 1. A pathogen resistant transgenic plant is obtained by transforming with transformed Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The plant is a rice plant. A method for producing the transgenic rice plant comprises: a step of isolating the coat protein gene of rice stripe virus of sequence number 1; a step of preparing an expression vector for transformation in which the isolated gene is inserted in each sense and anti-sense direction; a step of preparing Agrobacterium tumefaciens for plant transformation with the expression vector; and a step of transforming the rice plant using transformed Agrobacterium tumefaciens.

본 발명은 콩의 형질전환방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외래 목적 유전자 및 선발 마커 유전자를 포함하는 콩 형질전환용 발현벡터가 도입된 아그로박테리움을 배양하고 현탁액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 현탁액을 콩 발아 종자의 배축 절편에 접종시키고 공동 배양하는 단계; 상기 공동 배양된 배축 절편에서 형질전환된 신초를 유도 및 선발하는 단계; 상기 선발된 신초를 신장시키는 단계; 및 상기 신장시킨 신초에서 뿌리를 유도 및 순화하는 단계;로 이루어지는 콩의 형질전환방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 콩 품종 및 발아시간에 관계없이 형질전환 식물체의 제조를 가능하게 하여 형질전환이 어려운 국내 품종을 대상으로 형질전환 식물체를 생산할 수 있도록 한다. 또한, 형질전환 과정을 단순화함으로써 형질전환 과정이 간단하고 목표로 하는 형질전환 식물체를 빠른 기간 내에 생산할 수 있어 형질전환과정에서 소요되는 인력 및 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 콩, 아그로박테리움, 배축
