The present invention aims to: develop an SNP molecular marker that can be used for analyzing diseases resistance and leaf traits of a Chinese cabbage at the same time so as to incases applicability of 7,645 pairs of a SNP primer associated with disease resistance of the Chinese cabbage; and provide use thereof. The present invention comprises the steps of: separating genome DNAs of the Chines cabbage; performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using a set of the primer; and identifying products of the PCR.

The present invention relates to a primer set to detect self-incompatible genotypes in a cabbage and to a detection method thereof and, more specifically, to a method to detect self-incompatible genotypes in a cabbage which can prevent failure of pollination and fertilization caused by crossbreeding between cabbage lines having identical genotype self-incompatible gene by detecting SLG and SRK genotypes which are self-incompatible genotypes in the cabbage.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional tea is provided with antioxidant vitality using okra seeds. CONSTITUTION: After roasting okra(Abelmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench) seeds for 8-15 minutes under a temperature of about 150-230 deg. C, dry the okra seeds using a hot-air drying or freeze-drying process. Extract pulverized powder of dried okra seeds using methanol. Extract the okra seeds for 22-26 hours under 20-40 deg. C condition in 80% of methanol. The okra seed extract has 2.5-3.0 mg/g of free living amino acid contents based on okra seed pulverized powder. The Okra seed extract contains 12-13mg/g of polyphenol compounds based on the okra seed pulverized powder. Pack the pulverized powder in a granular package or a tea bag.
