The present invention relates to an extract containing a polyphenol-based compound derived from sorghum and sorghum by-products and a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases containing the same as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to: an extract containing a polyphenol-based compound derived from sorghum and sorghum by-products, which has a useful effect on prevention and treatment of inflammatory disease by separating a polyphenol-based compound showing an anti-inflammatory effect from a sorghum extract, and which can be used for the ingredients of food and medicines as well as a natural anti-inflammatory drug, etc.; and a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases containing the same as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 뉴라미니데이즈 억제활성을 가지는 새싹보리 추출물 및 폴리페놀계 화합물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 새싹보리 유래 폴리페놀계 화합물을 추출하여 분리하고, 이의 뉴라미니데이즈 억제 활성을 확인하여 인플루엔자 바이러스의 예방, 치료 등에 적용할 수 있는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 인플루엔자 바이러스 표면 항원인 동시에 새로 생성된 바이러스를 세포밖으로 방출하는데 중요한 역할을 담당하는 효소인 뉴라미니데이즈에 대하여 새싹보리의 폴리페놀계 화합물들이 강한 억제효과가 있음을 확인함으로써 생물의약, 건강기능 식품산업과 식·의약분야 및 가축 사료 첨가제 분야에서 새싹보리의 활용성을 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Helicobacter pylori infectious diseases which includes extract of black rice or black rice solvent fractions as an active ingredient and a method for manufacturing black rice solvent fractions. More specifically, the active ingredients of the black rice extract or black rice derived cyanidin-3-O-glucoside black rice fractions show activities of growth inhibition of the Helicobacter pylori, inhibition of Helicobacter pylori urease, and toxin secretion inhibition of CagA, VacA, SecA, and are safe and natural black rice derived materials so that active ingredients of the black rice extract or black rice derived cyanidin-3-O-glucoside black rice fractions can be used as the pharmaceutical composition, health supplement, drink and additives for preventing or treating the Helicobacter pylori which are safe, have low toxicity, and inhibits the generation of resistant bacteria caused by abusing antibiotics.

본 발명은 오크라 종자를 함유하는 기능성 차의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 오크라 종자를 150-230 ℃에서 8-15 분간 볶는 단계, 상기 볶은 오크라 종자를 열풍건조하거나 동결건조한 후에, 분쇄기로 분쇄하는 단계 및 상기 분쇄가루를 과립포장하거나 티백으로 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 오크라 종자 추출물을 포함하는 조성물은 유리 아미노산 및 폴리페놀성 화합물을 함유하고 있어서 우수한 항산화 활성을 가지고, 이를 포함하는 오크라 종자 함유 기능성 차 역시 항산화 활성을 가진다. 이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 오크라 종자 함유 기능성 차는 노화 방지 등의 건강 보조 기능성 식품이 될 수 있으며, 특히 오크라 차의 맛이 커피와 유사하여 커피 대체용 차로도 개발할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable plant propagation multi-pot is provided to have moderate strength for plant propagation, and to improve sterilization ability, deodorant ability and heterogeneity, and to be naturally degradable in soil. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly composition for plant propagation comprises 30-60 weight% of rice chaff, 5-15 weight% of rice bran, 5-15 weight% of starch, 5-10 weight% of urea, 1-10 weight% of titanium powder, and 20-30 weight% of water. A manufacturing method thereof comprises: a step of crushing the rice chaff and the rice bran by using a pulverizer; a step of forming a composition for plant propagation by using the crushed rice chaff and the rice bran; a step of mixing the composition for plant propagation for 10-20 minutes; and a step of molding the composition by heating and pressurizing.

CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive analysis method for a fatty acid composition of a single granule comprises: a step of randomly selecting a plurality of prediction model development group and prediction model evaluation group; a step of measuring near infrared absorption spectrum of two groups; a step of randomly selecting grain granule sample among the prediction model development groups and measuring near infrared ray absorption spectrum; a step of pulverizing the granule sample and performing chemical analysis of fatty acid ingredients; and a step of applying primary and secondary derivatives to the absorption spectrum.

양하에서 분리정제한 라브다-12-엔-15,16-디알 화합물 및 이의 분리 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 양하의 화뢰와 근경을 음건하여 메탄올로 추출한 후 농축시켜 에틸아세테이트층, 부탄올층, 물층으로 분획화 하였으며, 에틸아세테이트층을 실리카겔 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 실시하여 라브다-12-엔-15,16-디알(labda-12-ene-15,16-dial) 화합물을 분리하였으며, NMR, IR등의 분광학적 방법을 이용하여 구조동정한 결과 하기 화학식 1의 신규의 화합물이다. (화학식 1)
