Abstract:
PURPOSE: Molecular markers and a detecting method using the same are provided to identify sequences of three subunits of bean beta-conglycinin by using a molecular marker, and to easily detect existence of three subunits of beta-conglycinin by directly extracting DNA from plant without conducting SDS-PAGE. CONSTITUTION: Primer pairs for selecting bean cultivar which detects a subunit of bean beta-conglycinin is selected from a group consisting of; a primer pair represented by sequence number 1 and 2; a primer pair represented by sequence number 3 and 4; a primer pair represented by sequence number 5 and 6; a primer pair represented by sequence number 7 and 8; a primer pair represented by sequence number 9 and 10; a primer pair represented by sequence number 11 and 12; and a primer pair represented by sequence number 13 and 14. A method of selecting bean cultivar which detects a subunit of bean beta-conglycinin comprises; (i) a step which separates DNA from a bean sample; (ii) a step which amplifies a target sequence by performing an amplification reaction with at least one primer pairs among the primer pairs and the separated DNA as a template; and (iii) a step which detects the amplified products.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sowing apparatus is provided to sow seeds and fertilizer by a proper interval uniformly by uniformly distributing blowing force of a blowing element uniformly with a plurality of ventilation holes formed on induction plates via discharging holes of conveying elements and prevent safety accidents by firmly coupling a tank and the blowing element on a top surface of a combine. CONSTITUTION: A sowing apparatus includes a tank(10) mounted on a combine(100) for receiving seeds and fertilizer, a blowing element(20) for sucking and discharging the seeds and the fertilizer received in the tank, a fixing element having a vertical supporting die(210), a lower supporting die(220) and a fixing die in the middle of the vertical supporting die for fixing the tank and the blowing element on a top part of the combine , a conveying element(30) formed with discharging holes for conveying the seeds and the fertilizer discharged by the blowing element to positions in the vicinity of the ground, a supporting element for fixing a rear part of the conveying element to a rear lower part of the combine, and an induction unit(40) for uniformly distributing the seeds and the fertilizer to the ground, wherein the induction unit includes a plurality of induction plates inserted in the conveying element to be able to control its height behind the discharging holes of the conveying element and formed with a plurality of ventilation holes.
