Abstract:
PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion based on fatty esters of oxyethylated or non-oxylated sorbitan is provided, which is stable in preservation; maintains excellent transparency; has good cosmetic property; and contains a lot of oil. An use of the nanoemulsion in the fields of cosmetics, dermatology and/or ophthalmology is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion based on fatty esters of oxyethylated or non-oxylated sorbitan comprises of: a surfactant being solid under 45°C, selected from sorbitan fatty ester and oxyethylated sorbitan fatty ester; one or more oil having over 400 of molecular weight; more than one of ionic pro-bipolar lipid selected from a group comprising alkalic salt of dicetyl and dimyristyl phosphate, alkalic salt of cholesterol sulfate, alkalic salt of cholesterol phosphate, lipoamino acid, sodium salt of phsphatidic acid, cationic pro-bipolar lipid, and alkyl sulfon derivatives; and weight ratio of oil phase to the surfactant is 2-10, and average size of oil globule of the nanoemulsion is smaller than 100nm.

An oil-in-water nanoemulsion (A) with oil globule size below 100 nm comprising at least one amphiphilic non-ionic or anionic lipid and at least one non-ionic hydrosoluble polymer has a weight ratio of oily phase to amphiphilic lipid of 1.2-10. An oil-in-water nanoemulsion (A) with oil globule size below 100 nm comprising at least one amphiphilic non-ionic or anionic lipid and at least one nonionic hydrosoluble polymer (B) has a weight ratio of oily phase to amphiphilic lipid of 1.2-10. (B) is homo- and copolymers of ethylene oxide, of vinylalcohols, of vinylpyrrolidone, of vinylcaprolactam, or of vinylmethylether; homo- and copolymers of neutral acrylics; (1-2C)alkylcelluloses and their derivatives; or (hydroxy)(1-3C)alkylguar. PURPOSE: Provided is an oil-in-water nanoemulsion including an oily phase which is dispersed in an aqueous phase and includes oil globules having a number-average size of less than 100nm. Therefore, the nanoemulsion obtained is preferably transparent and stable on storage and may form a composition for topical, preferably cosmetic or dermatological compositions, pharmaceutical compositions and ophthalmological compositions. CONSTITUTION: This nanoemulsion comprises: (i) at least one amphiphilic lipid selected from the group including nonionic amphiphilic lipids and anionic amphiphilic lipids; and (ii) at least one water-soluble nonionic polymer selected from the group including homopolymers and copolymers of ethylene oxide; polyvinyl alcohols; homopolymers and copolymers of vinylpyrrolidone; homopolymers and copolymers of vinylcaprolactam; homopolymers and copolymers of polyvinyl methyl ether; neutral acrylic homopolymers and copolymers; C1-2 alkyl celluloses and their derivatives; C1-3 alkyl guar; C1-3 hydroxyalkyl guar, wherein the weight ratio of the oily phase to the amphiphilic lipid is 1.2 to 10.

PURPOSE: Nanoemulsion based on block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide is provided to give the stability of storage, the maintenance of good transparency and the incorporation of bulky oil. In addition to the nanoemulsion above, their use in cosmetics, skin science and/or ophthalmology are provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion is comprised of oil phase dispersed in water phase, has less than 100 nm of a number average size of oil small sphere, contains surfactants selected from block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, has also at least one oil having more than 400 of molecular weight, and has 2 to 10 at their ratios of oil phase for amounts of the surfactant. The surfactant is also characterized by selecting from block copolymers represented by formulae HO(C2H4O)x(C3H6O)y(C2H4O)zH (1), wherein x, y and z are integers, x + y is 2 to 100, and y is 14 to 60, and their mixtures, with 2 to 16 of HLB.

PURPOSE: A nanocapsule comprising a water-dispersive anionic polymer which effectively protects an active ingredient and makes a manufacturing process of the nanocapsule easy, a method for preparing thereof and a cosmetics or a dermatological composition containing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanocapsule comprises: (a) a lipidic core which forms or contains a lipophilic active component; and (b) a water-insoluble, continued polymer envelope, wherein the polymer envelope contains at least one synthetic water-dispersive anionic polymer which is selected from the group consisting of polyester containing a functional group of carboxylic acid and/or sulfonic acid, poly(ester amide), polyurethane and vinyl copolymer and/or a natural water-dispersive anionic polymer which is selected from the group consisting of shellac resin, sandarac gum and dammar resin. The cosmetics or dermatological composition include the nanocapsule in physiologically acceptable carrier. The nanocapsule is prepared by: (i) dissolving a lipidic phase which forms or contains the lipophilic active component and a selective coating agent in an adequate, non-toxic organic solvent having lower boiling point than water; (ii) preparing an aqueous dispersed solution of the water-dispersive anionic polymer; (iii) adding a hydrophilic surfactant to the aqueous dispersed solution of the anionic polymer; (iv) mixing the organic phase prepared from the step (i) with the aqueous phase prepared from the step (iii); and (v) preparing a condensed nanocapsule suspension by evaporating all organic phases and possible, a little aqueous phase.
