Abstract: The present invention relates to a white photosensitive resin composition comprising a copolymer containing a structural unit (1-1) induced from ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, or a mixture thereof, and a structural unit (1-2) induced from an unsaturated monomer with a Si-O structure arranged on a side chain; a white pigment (2); a polymeric unsaturated compound (3); and a photopolymerization initiator (4). The white photosensitive resin composition has excellent heat-resistance, chemical resistance, and high light-shielding properties, and thus it can be useful for preparing a white bezel for the display of a cell phone, a tablet PC, and various portable devices.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition and a light shielding spacer using the same. The colored photosensitive resin composition of the present invention comprises: (1) a polymer containing (a-1) a component unit derived from a polymerizable compound including N-substituted maleimide group, (a-2) a component unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and a mixture thereof, and (a-3) a component unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid containing an aromatic ring; (2) a coloring agent; (3) at least one compound selected from either a polymerizable unsaturated compound or an oligomer having an epoxy group; and (4) a photopolymerization initiator of chemical formula 1, and can make difference between a full tone and a half tone so as to be effectively used in forming a pattern of the light shielding spacer.
