본 발명은 다시마 추출물 또는 그로부터 분리한 폴피린계 화합물(porpyrin-related compounds)을 함유하는 당뇨성 합병증 억제에 활성을 갖는 약학 조성물 또는 건강 식품에 관한 것으로, 상기 추출물은 알도즈 환원 효소 및 최종당화산물 생성 억제 활성을 나타내고, 천연 약재로서 안전성이 확보되어 있으므로 당뇨성 합병증 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물과 식품 조성물로로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition or a health food comprising a Laminaria japonica extract or a porpyrin-related compound isolated therefrom which has inhibitory activity for diabetic complications. The extract shows inhibitory activity generation of aldose reductase and advanced glycation end-products and is ensured as a natural medicine; thereby can be used as a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition for preventing or treating the diabetic complications.

The present invention relates to a removal method of off-flavor from seaweed, more specifically a removal method of off-flavor from seaweed using supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide which comprises the following steps: drying and pulverizing the seaweed; filling the seaweed powder into an extractor; inserting the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide into the extractor; extracting off-flavor components from the seaweed powder using mutual contact reaction of the seaweed powder and the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide; discharging the supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide containing the off-flavor components to the outside of the extractor; and collecting the seaweed powder without the off-flavor components. The provided method is harmless to human body, is environmentally friendly, and is simple by removing the off-flavor components in the seaweed powder using carbon dioxide, and is effective and economical compare to conventional methods. 본 발명은 휘발성 지방산의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 해조류를 유기용매로 추출 또는 분획하고 남은 해조류의 잔사를 수득하는 단계, 상기 해조류의 잔사를 화학적 또는 생물학적으로 전처리하여 해조류 잔사의 추출물을 수득하는 단계, 상기 해조류 잔사의 추출물을 여과하여, 여과액을 수득하는 단계, 및 상기 수득된 여과액을 혐기성 발효시키는 단계를 포함하는 휘발성 지방산 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 휘발성 지방산 제조방법은 해조류를 종류에 상관없이 이용할 수 있고, 발효를 위한 효소의 개발이 필요가 없어 휘발성 지방산의 제조 공정을 단순화시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 탄수화물 이외에, 단백질이나 지방과 같은 다른 종류의 유기성분으로부터도 휘발성 지방산을 제조할 수 있어 휘발성 지방산의 수율을 높일 수 있다. 더욱이, 해조류를 원료로 이용함으로써, 토양의 제한성이나 환경 문제 또한 해소할 수 있는 바, 경제적이고 효율적인 휘발성 지방산 생산에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing volatile fatty acid comprises: a step of extracting or fractioning marine algae using an organic solvent, and obtaining a marine algae residue; a step of chemically or biologically pre-treating the marine residue and preparing an extract of the marine residue; a step of filtering the extract and obtaining a filtered liquid; and a step of performing anaerobic fermentation of the filtered liquid using an anaerobic microorganism. The chemical pre-treatment includes treatment using an acidic catalyst, an alkali catalyst, a supercritical fluid, or an ionic liquid. The anaerobic microorganism is Clostridium sp., Acetogenium sp., Peptococcus sp., Acetobacterium sp., or Propionobaterium sp. CONSTITUTION: A phlorofucofuroeckol A compound of chemical formula I is isolated from Ecklonia stolonifera and Ecklonia cava extract. A method for isolating and purifying the compound of chemical formula I comprises: a step of extracting ethanol extract of Ecklonia stolonifera and Ecklonia cava with n-hexane to prepare hexane water soluble extract; a step of extracting the hexane water soluble extract with ethyl acetate. The Ecklonia stolonifera and Ecklonia cava extract includes crude extract or non-polar solvent soluble extract. The crud extract is prepared using water, ethanol, methanol, butanol, or mixture thereof.

본 발명은 이산화황가스의 선택적 환원용 촉매 및 이를 이용한 이산화황의 제거방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유독성의 이산화황가스를 환원하여 원소 황을 회수하는데 있어 니오븀(Nb)과 철(Fe)의 두 성분으로 이루어진 혼합산화물 촉매를 이용함으로써 비교적 높은 공간속도에서 활성을 높임에 따라 이산화황을 환원시켜 원소 황으로의 전환율을 높일 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 이산화황가스의 선택적 환원용 촉매에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 니오븀(Nb)과 철(Fe) 성분의 혼합산화물로 된 것에 특징이 있으며, 또한 이산화황을 포함하는 반응가스를 촉매하에서 환원가스와 반응시켜 상기 반응 가스중에 포함된 이산화황을 원소 황으로 전환시켜 이산화황을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 니오븀과 철 성분으로 이루어진 혼합금속산화물로 되어있는 것에 특징이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 니오븀-철 혼합산화물 촉매는 단독으로 사용하거나 혹은 담체에 담지시켜 사용되어 질 수 있으며, 높은 공간속도에서도 높은 활성을 유지할 뿐만 아니라, 물(수증기)을 포함하는 경우에도 일정한 활성을 갖는다. 그리고, 물의 함량이 완전히 제거되거나 낮아질 경우 원래의 활성을 되찾는 재생성이 뛰어나고 안정성이 높아 여러 산업 배가스에 포함된 이산화황을 무독성의 원소 황으로 쉽게 제거 할 수 있는 것이다.
